The hotel manager was always on site and available to answer any questions and offered us a choice of rooms at the same price. Tsiala rearranged our taxi pickup after we notified her of our delayed flight from Toronto and assisted with our scooter rental the next day. |

Magnificent location on the beautiful island of Santorini. This right size hotel is just what everyone envisions their Greek vacation will be like. Nice rooms, quiet, friendly staff, good european breakfast. Would like to return and will definatly recommend. |

The room was beautiful,confortable,quiiet and had a romantic atmosphere. The view from our room was amazing!! The hotel staff were excellent and did a lot of extras to ensure the guest were well taken care of. The only thing was that there was only one connection available to the internet for all the guests. I would recommend installing wireless internet with access in the rooms. |

excellent service, great location within walking distance to Fira and Imerovigli. great access to restaurants for those who are not fit the steps down and up along the rim of the volcano will be a challenge. |

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The Hotel location was simply magnificent. Could not be in a more perfect location on the island of Santorini.The Hotel was very clean. The view from your room can not be described how awesome it was. Highly recommended. The staff arranged a taxi to take us back to the port. |

Amazing location overlooking the caldera in Santorini. Pool and semi-private decks great for relaxing in the sun. Close to restaurants and mini-supermarket and a short walk into the centre of Fira. Very friendly. |

The views were perfect, the location was also... just 10-minute walk to Fira town and 1-minute to the bus stop for Oia town, and beautiful rooms were incredibly quiet every night. It took time to fill the bathtub with hot water. The boilor was not powerful enough. |

Beautiful View on the caldera and sunset, the apartment was very clean and well organised. The place is only 10 min by walking from Fira and 15 min from Imerovigli along the beautiful internal pedestrian road. Small double bed but it is due to a small space available for all good services in the room. Breakfast might be improved, in order to be in line with the high quality of the hotel. But they are really minor things compared to all. |

Everything was great. Its like a little piece of heaven. The hotel is perfectly placed on the cliffside overlooking the caldera and the magnificent sunsets. The service and staff were brilliant. They were very helpful and everything we wanted was done for us, but you hardly noticed them. The hotel as a whole has a very laid back, relaxing and sophisticated feel about it. Looking at the other places that we considered booking Agali Houses definitely looked the best.The pool was lovely and there were lots of terrace areas that you could sit on to admire the view. Firostefani was definitely the right choice for us. Its 10 mins from Thira but much quieter. The restaurants just up at the top near the hotel are all pretty good. Nothing bad to say. You could pick a few little minor things out but that would just be being pedantic. Does have a lot of steps down to the hotel so not for elderly or infirm. Wasn't a problem for us and thats the price you pay for such a wonderful position. |

Lovely location. Nice to be just outside the centre and away from the cruise ship crowds. Lovely rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. A real treat! Good view of the sunset! It wasnt a problem for us but be aware you will need to be able to manage stairs. The location is worth it! |

This hotel is beautiful. The views from the rooms, swimming pool, bar area, everywhere are stunning. It's exactly what you would expect from a hotel in Santorini. It is approx. a 10 minute walk into Fira which is fine as it gives you plenty of spots for photos. The hotel will organise a taxi for you into Oia, we always got the local bus back as it drops you directly outside the hotel entrance. All in all a super place to stay. Room was great with a real double bed! |

The spot where the hotel is situated is just marvelous. The sight is wonderful. The hotel complex is very nice. Staff was very friendly. The room could have been cleaner. Details weren't always taken care of...we found already used candles in the candleholder, soap wasn't refilled after we had used it... |

Had an apartment with living area, kitchen, queen bed - beaurtifully done and the living area and bedroom faced out to patios with a phenomenal view of the Santorini Caldera. The owner and all staff were very nice and helpful. The pool was very nice and refreshing. All deck chairs were very comfortable. I would love to stay here again and would highly recommend it. Firostefani was conveniently close enough to Fira, but so much more quiet at Agali Houses - it was just lovely! Internet access is slow and via an ethernet cable in the office - it is available, but not ideal if you must do much work on the computer - it was fine for us on vacation tho, |

My adult daughter and I took a mother/daughter trip - first time in Santorini for both of us. We found the hotel on-line and were more than pleasantly surprised when we actually saw it in person. Beautiful hotel, beautiful location. wonderful staff. Our room was lovely, clean and very comfortable and so were our beds. |
