the staff was very friendly! The breakfast was magnificent, home-made and traditional! We had a superb view during the day and also star-watching while laying at the sun-beds during the night. A very big veranda! Clean and traditional rooms.

Great hospitality, superb view of Pelion mountain and sea, breakfast on our own balcony, the sun beds on our terrace, very clean room, the traditional decoration, great location of Aggelika Guest House. Strongly recommandation: facebook page ;) It's the best accomodation with local feeling, personal, intimate, quite, very private... We fell in love...

It was an amazing place to stay. The hotel was very clean and very nicely decorated. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the breakfast was SO delicious. There is also plenty of parking for guests. The staff was the friendliest, happiest and most helpful people I have ever met. We recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit tsagarada, Honestly, I would rate this place higher than a 10 if I could.

    Absolutely nothing

The hotel is beautifully located on the east side of Mount Pelion, at a spot just above the sea that combines the freshness, smells, sounds and peacefulness of the mountain with the sea breeze and affords most beautiful views of the Aegean. Watching the sunrise from the very large balcony of our room (room 22) was an amazing feast for the senses; as was, on our last day, watching an almighty storm sweep across the sea with thunder and lightning and tornados dropping fro the sky to the sea; what a show!!! We loved sleeping with windows and balcony doors open and being able to hear the waves down at the bottom of the hill and feeling perfectly safe. A good size room with good beds to give a restful sleep, beautifully clean, crisp bed linen, very obliging staff. This is a family run place; we met the mother and younger daughter on a daily basis and they were anxious to make sure we were enjoying our stay, not only at the hotel, but also the area (lots of information given on best beaches, locations, places to eat at and how to get there). Good, substantial breakfast with delicious, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit and yoghurt, a hot option, fresh bread, butter, honey and home made jams plus a hot drink of choice daily. The staff were very accommodating in providing alternatives to suit our preferences; we could have also had our breakfast brought to the room to have on our balcony if we wanted. There is no lift, but the staff assisted with luggage without having to be asked. A car (or bike) is a must in this area and anyone not driven on Mount Pelion before, must go prepared for slow drives up/down winding mountain roads and lots of hairpin bends. But the scenery is most amazingly rewarding. The beaches we visited: Mylopotamos (2-3 kms from the hotel), Lambinou, Ag. Saranta, Ag,. Ionannis, Damouhari, Horefto, some sandy, others pebbly/mixed but all very beautiful and with the most beautiful crystal clear sea.

For us, nothing not to like about the hotel or the area, but beware that the beach is a couple of kilometres down the hill from the hotel.

Perfect holidays at Aggelika, a clean room with a wonderful sea sight, friendly owners, breathtaking nature, spectacular beaches nearby (especially Mylopotamos with a very good tavern run by the family Aggelika).

The fresh breakfast cooked each morning always had something different each day including fresh sweet cherries picked from the garden. The rooms were comfortable and the staff helped with tips on local attractions and beaches to visit. Try and book the upper floors as it's a just an amazing view of the ocean and sunrise each morning. Each night before going to bed relax on the deck and watch the stars they are magical. It's best if you have a car if you are planning on staying in this area as driving is the easiest way to get around. The best thing about this area is that it's a hidden gem and you barely find any other tourists, so if you are looking to get away from it all this place is perfect!

The location details could have been clearer, please note that the directions are actually GPS coordinates. Best advice is head down towards Mylopotamos beach and you will find the hotel halfway down the hill. If you are travelling along route 34 you will will see a green sign to Bakery-Sweet shop and a blue sign to Milopotamos that is the correct path to follow to the hotel. WiFi was spotty but the day we were leaving they were installing booster boxes to improve the coverage, but you should be unplugging and enjoying the wonderful area.

The service at this family run hotel was exceptional, we felt like we were a part of the family! Nothing was too much trouble and we were greated each time by Koula with an enormous smile as though our first meeting. Breakfast was abundant, much more than you could possibly eat and delicious. Highly recommend this hotel.

House is at the cliff of spectacular Agean sea side, room was very spacy and super cozy with fire place. Door of veranda with perfect seaview. Aggelika who is owner's daugher and her mother both really warm and friendly. They also run local tarvern nearby. Surroundings are also georgious.

Only you would need a car to get there.
