Verk friendly staff. Most comfortable bed I have slept in Greece. Great coffee!
Breakfast could be better. Fruits and müsli missing.
Staff where very helpful, rooms cleaned everyday and hotel was every clean, would book again in the future.
The sea view from our room was over a derelict hotel. The internet speed is very poor 0.9mbps but is free so not too bad
This was our second visit to Agla Hotel on the lovely island Rhodes. I must say that our room was excellent. Very spacious and immaculate with everything we needed. The staff were extremely accommodating and Sophia in the dining room is a little gem, she was as attentive as ever. The hotel is in an excellent position very close to the old city which is a ‘must’ to visit. All in all another excellent stay and would recommend Agla to anyone wishing ti visit Rhodes. We will be back again next year.
Friendly staff and an accommodating nature. Good rooms
Staff extremely helpful, nothing too much trouble, allowed us to stay in our room until 6pm even though we should have left at 12 pm. Central Rhodes a short walk away. Lovely restaurants all in close proximity.
Can't fault the Hotel
Very friendly staff, very clean and good location
lots of noise from bedrooms close by at night
Close to beach. 15 -20 mins walk from Old Town. Several excellent restaurants within 10 mins stroll. Very helpful staff.
hospitable and informative reception and bar stuff, cleanness, walking distance to the beach, walking distance to the airport bus stop, buffet breakfast, close to west side beach which mostly windy, but close enough to the east side beach with calmer waters; west side beach nice for evening promenade walk and watching sunset, just opposite the hotel entrance tasty pasta pizzeria restaurant, vicinity of small supermarkets and pharmacy which also sell a very good Greek cosmetic (ApiVita), vicinity of rent a moto, rent a car and travel agency, hotel arranged taxi to the airport total cost 25€
some of breakfast serving stuff too loud with greetings in effort to get friendly personal, sometimes missing efficiency to serve coffee quick enough; maybe they should instal coffee machines to avoid waiting period, as everyone can then take coffee as quickly as they want it, not to wait to be served
, the staff were very helpful providing maps on where I needed to be, the room was very clean and comfortable and the food excellent. Internet available in reception, and the staff were welcoming. I would recommend this Hotel
Receptionist and bar tender were extremely nice. We arrived past midnight and bartender reopened the bar in order to serve us.
Bad smell in the room. Some youngsters in the room above us got thrashed and vomited over our balcony.
Good location, smiling and helpful personnel, cost/benefit ratio is above average
Bath and toilet should be renewed
Clean comfortable good location. Friendly helpful staff
This where our second time at Agla Hotel and we could not have been treated better. We especially liked the beautiful girls from Slovakia, they now what the mening of service is. Luisa was our mother of the week and will always have a part of her in our hearts. Every other staff member did a splendid job as well. Best Hotel in Rhodes!
All staff very friendly, knowledgeable of area and services (I was in need of a doctor and was sent to one recommended by the receptionist who called ahead and made an appointment for me) Sophia in your restaurant is very professional, welcoming and makes you feel comfortable and has excellent customer service skills. Meals delicious and a large variety.
Rugs put over carpet after steam cleaning was a trip hazard and made the carpet smell musty until the corridor was aired during the day. WiFi should be available around pool and in the rooms. I had a back injury and needed to get onto my travel insurance company and had to go downstairs all the time and the wifi was not always reliable.
Food and drinks were very good, staff in those areas also very good. On arrival were given a room with much better view.
Room was small but adequate. Rubbish bins were still full from previous guests.
All staff very friendly and helpful
We didn't find breakfast all that appealing although there seemed to be a lot of choice. Shower situated in a bath that was not sealed around 3 sides, as a consequence, floor was very wet after ever shower-not good enough.
Everything was perfect in Agla Hotel. Many thanks. Zsófi & Laci
Hotel great and the friendliness of the staff really good. We have never met such a happy breakfast lady as Sophia. She made the start of our day! Breakfasts were fantastic
Required payment for safe in room did not fit the rest of the facilities? Only provided soap once? Its the little things that people remember
Clean, good location, quiet, friendly staff, big and clean pool
Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety. 10 mins walk to the Old City, the main shopping area and restaurants and near the Hop on Hop off pick up point.
No powerpoints for electronic devices or mobile. You have to pay to use the inroom safe. Whilst it's a small charge per stay (E5.00), it took 30 mins for someone to come up to unlock the safe!
only some rooms had sea view old-fashioned hotel, style 80 's, way too small pool kitchen facilities undersized the pictures on the internet have been photoshoped! it is a 2 star hotel, nothing more!
Cost & Price。
Excelent location, and good hotel for low price. The common areas are very good.
Lack of wifi in rooms, and they gave us first a family room due to lack of rooms and were unwilling to let us change the next day thinking we wanted sea view.
The food from the tavern by the pool was great and the staff are really helpful. Location was pretty good and you are near enough to the sea that if you sleep with the balcony door open you can hear it at night.
You can only access free Wi-Fi in the lobby and it was quite intermittent which was frustrating. Pay more for a sea view unless you want to be looking out on an ugly old concrete building. It would be worth phoning/emailing them to check the sort of view you will be getting as the views really vary. Smoking is allowed on balconies so if you are a non-smoker your balcony and room can get very smoky at times.
The price is good (38 Euro)for a room with halfboard.
The room is small, only has shower, evening meal has little choice, all drinking material need to pay(include water).
