Location, free room upgrade and simphathy of apartents staff. Bad quality/price relation, even in low season...nevertheless, is a bad thing about all the Santorini Island, not only of this apartments!

As a family we found the staff very friendly and helpful. Our apartment was very clean and comfortable and authetic in its furnishings,we liked the feel and ambience of our surrroundings. The pool was wonderful the view from the pool deck amazing. Our apartment was cleaned eveyday with fresh towels. The little fold out clothes line provide outside our room was great, we were able to keep up with the washing required by a family of four. We loved our stay and would recommend it to others.

The rooms were as advertised. The hotel was small and intimate. The staff went out of their way to help with any needs. The view was tops. There were many steps required to access the hotel. The view was the reward.

I sleep in more than 70 hotels per year and I think that this could be one of the best this year. Staff was extremly kind, always ready to help with a nice smile. We slept in the room oniro which was very nice, a little bit separate from the rest. I hope that you enjoy as much as we did the sunset from our room terrace! I really want to thank the staff of the hotel for an unforgettable experience.

Fantastic location overlooking the caldera. We had a room with a loft which was great for 3 of us but may have been a bit squashed for 4 people. Had a nice swimming pool. You need to walk down a lot of steep steps to get to the hotel from the road (and of course back up every time you leave). When we arrived we had some difficulty carrying our cases down the steps. We found out later that the hotel can organise for porterage and they did this gratis on our departure. It would have been nice if we also had it on our arrival. We had a loft bedroom which was ok for us because we're not tall but we still managed to knock our heads a few times. This room wouldn't suit taller people.

It has one of the most beautiful views I have ever experienced. You can enjoy the most beautiful sunset from the pool or your room. It is very close to Fira. It is an excellent place. Can really recommend it. Just was surprised that you have a kitchen in the appartment but no cooking facility, so don't think you can cook yourself. What is also not necessary as many restaurants are close by.

Amazing view of the sea and sunset. Near Fira city center. Near Feristefanos main streen. Wi-Fi. Clean and new rooms. Nice Pool. No Transfer from sea port ou Airport. Sugestion: Use the Local Bus (2.22€), there are always one (big and green one) at the arrival of the boat, and goes to Fira City Center. The breakfast is to simple. Could have some more fruits. They have a room that does not have view or a balcony. You should confirm that you will not stay in that room.

I liked that the staff at check in could speak English well and were very knowledgeable about tourist attractions and local restaurants. They were friendly and always had a smile on their face, always offering their services and nothing was too hard for them. The welcome drinks hit the spot on the hot day we arrived. the room itself was great, it was a good size for a family of 5, not too squashed. loved how you could walk to Thira in about 10 mins, very convenient. the view from our apartment was breath taking and the location of the apartments was ideal. getting to the other villages of the island was quick and easy from here with a car. would definetely recommend to other families. Only thing I can say was that more light in bathroom was needed as was a bit dark with only one light fitting the showerhead was fixed and would have been more easier to use especially with kids if we could move it around. I kept hitting my head on the ceiling in the loft as it was a curved shape so lower on the ends than in middle of ceiling.

A lovely place, nice staff, tremendous view on the cliffs. Everything was perfect. If it was a bit cheaper we would envisage spending more than just one night there.

Great view on the Caldera. The room was very nice with the mezzanine and the jacuzzi tub. I have made the reservation on booking.com for 2 nights but the hotel contacted me the next day to tell me they were overbooked for the first night of my booking. So they've found me a room for the first night in a hotel near-by.

The hotel is situated at a prime location, directly facing the caldera. The view from there is breath taking! Magnificent staff-namely Vaso and Athanasia-charm and cheerful and always willing to help. Big rooms compared to most of the other apartments/hotels in Santorini.. Nice swimming pool. New and clean rooms.Fira is a 5 minute walk from the hotel, but actually Firostefani, where the hotel is located is basically an extension of Fira. My general impression in one word: excellent!!! Definitely will revisit on my next trip to Santorini. A suggestion is to add some vegetables in breakfast.

Arrived late at night well after dark and woke up the next morning to open up our room door to see the most amazing vista across to the Caldera and Thirissia. A fantsatic location away from the hussle and bustle of Thira but just a short 10 minute stroll along the rim to the centre of town. So the best of both worlds. The sunsets from the pool deck were sensational. No need to waste your time heading up to Ia to see fantastic sunsets when they are right on your doorstep. One minor point, our bath/shower leaked, so everytinme we had a shower our bathroom floor would get very wet. Nothing major, but it was a bit inconvenient. We never had a bath so I'd hate to see what happened if we did.

the hotel is located right on the cliff, it got the best view of the Aegean sea and volcano, staffs are really nice and helpful, she actively provides us the tourist attractions when we arrived. The room is really nice and well decorated. many small insects in the room, but it is unavoidable, we could understand because there are plants and grass around the hotel

“Breath taking sea views. Closeness to everywhere, pleasant walks to 3 villages. Friendly staff, excellent service, even with some unexpected pleasant "extras" like glasses of wine while watching a sunset from a room balcony. Quick response to any request. Free transfers to/from a hotel.” Leonid, Auckland |
