the view, traditional Greek style of decoration in room a lot of steps to get up and down to with luggage which we were not informed about, however on departure there was someone to help with this. |

It looked like a dream!!! A wonderful view for the sunset on the Caldera from our own balcony, eventhought we need climb many steps to reach the street It's hard to get out from Athinios Port and the hotel didn't offered transfer. The breakfast was poor. To use internet I need to go the reception, a little place. I wanted to pay in cash, but the hotel used my credit card without my authorization. The owner agreed with a free late check out and in the last minute she ordered us to pay and it was not kindly |

The pool was nice and the location of the hotel is great, however ther is no mention of the 90 odd stairs you need to take to get to it. As a pregnant woman travelling with her to 60+ parents - this information would have been useful. The stairs would have been a struggle for anyone of any age! The service - the receptionist when asked to book us a taxi told me it was not her obligation to help me but she would to be nice. the room we were placed in was underneath the pool with a large 'reception' sign on the wall outside it, no kitchenette or private terrace as specified, no shower curtain, The hot water ran out after approx 2-3 mins in the shower and the bfast was appalling |

Short walk to warf/resturants and downtown shopping Street noise from cars and all night party goers was loud at the balcony windows open. |

the size of the suite -very roomy and excellent accommodations - very clean beautiful pool and excellent location for walking around Santorini we never were able to get the jacuzzi to work properly but that was only a minor blip |

Fantastisk utsikt mot hav og området. Renholdet meget bra, alltid rent sengetøy og handuker. Handduker til basseng.Gode solsenger. Hyggelig, blid og hjelpsom betjening. Bedre frokost, den var kjedelig og meget ensformig. Ikke alle liker søte kaker og loff til frokost.Iskalde egg som nok var kokt for mange dager. Savner nykokte egg, iblant bacon og grovere og variert brød. |

bien situé a Firostefani un des meilleurs endroits de l ile - la piscine - la vue generale depuis l hotel certaines chambres n ont pas de vue sur la mer - prix excessif - il faut upgrader si on veut une chambre avec une belle vue - considerer cet hotel avec circonspection |
