The front desk (in particular Andreas and Stavros) provided the best customer service I've ever received at any hotel anywhere in the world. I have traveled all over the world and have never encountered such excellent customer service. I didn't have the usual "first-timer" requests for directions and transportation, and they even checked football schedules for me and gave me tips on things to do in Nafplio! The food in the restaurant is fantastic and the service from the restaurant waiters was outstanding (in particular, from Kostas, Vassilis and Pannaiotis). In a city like Athens, with a myriad of hotels for all budgets, customer service sometimes makes or breaks the hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel! It's a short stroll to the subway station, in a very safe area and away from all the hustle of the touristy part of Athens and the area where the demonstrations start.

nice design hotel, very nice delicious gourmet breakfast, very helpful front desk staff. x95 express bus is very convenient to go to airport just 50 m away from the hotel.

a little bit far from metro station (10 min), if you have to carry heavy luggage's. try to get a taxi if they are not on strike :)

The fact that although I stayed over the theoretical end of a day's stay they didn't charge anything extra (departed at 19:00 instead of 12:00).

Clean, neat, and comfortable. Decent breakfast, though it's pretty much the same spread every morning. Good value for money. I would definitely consider staying there again.

We had trouble locating the hotel when we first arrived via the metro at Megaro Moussikis. The staff at the station pointed us towards the wrong exit (as we found out later on), and that didnt help. Dont expect a tall hotel building with its name at the top of it which you could see from afar. In the end, we decided to take a cab and in a matter of minutes, we were at the hotel. Cost us a little over 3 euros.

Decent size room, clean and modern; free wi-fi with strong signal and good speed; free gym and sauna; excelent breakfast; reasonably priced snacks. Overall, a comfortable, hastle-free acommodation for the business traveller. One of my best hotel experiences in Athens.

Experienced problems with credit card validation; although the rooms are equiped with double glazing I could hear the traffic noise all the way up to the 4th floor.

Excellent hotel staff very polite and smiley they make you feel like home this is our second stay within a 6 months period and we are glad to say that we would go ahead and book again on next visit to Athens. A little note to foreigners sceptical to visit Athens because of what they see on the news the hotel location is ideal and the metro station which takes you everywhere is 8-10 minutes walk also we have to mention room service the food was delicious and very reasonable priced not a surprise as the breakfast buffet is awesome !

Besides the room space which was ok given the fact that it was a junior suite, cleanness was the worst, I found hair in the bed and in the bathroom and at the coffee making facilities one of the milk portions was open for a long time and left there. Not to mention that there was only 1 per of towels for each person while on all 4 starts hotels they have 2 pers. No sleepers, no bathrobes as in all suits.
