The staff were friendly, approachable and well-informed. They helped us, on a number of occasions, with directions and restaurant bookings. The rooms were spacious and comfortable; they had all that was needed for a short break. The variety of food available for breakfast was excellent. The hotel was near to the metro station and the centre of Athens.

The bar was not always manned, so there was some delay in finding someone to serve us.

Lovely hotel, clean, comfortable, good location - alot of people complain its too far from the metro, it isnt, its just ten minutes walk. The restaurant was nice and the breakfast was amazing! The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, I really recommend this hotel.

Very hard to find anything negative to say, the internet connection was free but a little slow and it was hard to stay connected at times. Also, the only thing I feel that detracts from this being a 5 star hotel was its lack of a pool. I'd give it a good 4 stars and for the prices charged to stay there its worth every penny

Good Position,200 metres from metro station. Good,spacious Room.

On our arrival we were upgraded to a suite on the top floor. The room was very spacious with a large bathroom and a huge lanai. The included buffet breakfast ( American & European dishes) was more than ample and delicious. As we were checking out early the hotel also provided a continental breakfast just for us. Free wifi was a great bonus. The staff were extremely helpful with our sightseeing arrangements and couldn't do enough to ensure we had a pleasant stay. All this at an astonishingly low Booking.com rate.

The location is very near Kolonaki. Walking distance to Megaro Mousikis station. Area is very safe even at night. Hotel staff and service were excellent!

I liked everything and especially breakfast and bed.

The room was pleasant to look , very clean and spacious . The hotel staff was very polite . Breakfast had a great variety to choose from . The price was good .

The wifi network wasn't very fast .

Excellent hotel staff very polite and smiley they make you feel like home this is our second stay within a 6 months period and we are glad to say that we would go ahead and book again on next visit to Athens. A little note to foreigners sceptical to visit Athens because of what they see on the news the hotel location is ideal and the metro station which takes you everywhere is 8-10 minutes walk also we have to mention room service the food was delicious and very reasonable priced not a surprise as the breakfast buffet is awesome !

Besides the room space which was ok given the fact that it was a junior suite, cleanness was the worst, I found hair in the bed and in the bathroom and at the coffee making facilities one of the milk portions was open for a long time and left there. Not to mention that there was only 1 per of towels for each person while on all 4 starts hotels they have 2 pers. No sleepers, no bathrobes as in all suits.

For our family, who have been travelling to and staying in Athens for a number of years visiting family, the hotel provided an excellent location with good transport links nearby via underground or bus. We thought the service was good with staff very considerate and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of well presented food on offer. I liked very much the internal decor of the public areas too.

The rooms are provided with spacious bathrooms and terrasses. We also enjoyed the lobby's original design.

The floor seemed not clean at all. The air conditionning was extremely noisy even after switching it off. The walls' painting was partly destroyed and the furniture appeared a bit old. There were no feedback forms available and when we were asked how we liked the hotel, we explained our perception to which the receptionist replied simply: "Thank you".

Very well presented hotel with helpful and firendly staff. Room was much larger than I expected and was always made up to a high standard
