. The service and the employees, the vlocation

The staff was professional and very nice to me and my husband. They made us feel welcome. They always smiled and greeted us as friends! The room had high ceilings and was painted and decorated perfectly in my opinion. The housekeeping staff was phenomenal and left the room looking comfortable, clean, and inviting every day! They too smiled and were nice! The lighting was great with lots of options. I really liked the fact that they room key turned on and off the electricity! I also liked the double door system to the balcony. It made me feel super safe and it offered sheer darkness for sleeping late or afternoon naps. The balcony was private and overlooked the garden and pool area, with pink plumeria! There is a nursery next door so there a plants galore to see and smell. Very nice!! Over all it was perfect for us!!!

The bathroom shower curtain was a bit too short so water got on the floor. Maybe magnets to keep it in place would work. But the water was always plenty hot, and there was a shower wand option which is great!!!

My stay in Akali was as i expeted..perfect location for people who want to explore the city everything is just few steps away....very cozy and well decorated hotel...perfectly clean and newly renovated rooms with unique style....staff was brilliant and so so hospitable....I want to underline that all the areas of the hotel was always very clean and fragrant....i loved the Cretan breakfast buffet too...Thank's Akali staff for my perfect accommodation they offered me.

I thought the bedrooms were in need of a re fit, very poor for class of hotel. The shower was useless, all it needed was a new hose and a couple of screws tightened so it at least held it's self up on the wall fitting. Booked a room with pool view and was confirmed in reservation but got a room that looked onto the road.

τόσο το προσωπικό όσο και η διευθύντρια του ξενοδοχείου φρόντισαν η διαμονή μας να είναι όχι μόνο άνετη αλλά να αισθανθούμε πως έχουμε τους δικούς μας ανθρώπους στην πόλη των χανίων. τους ευχαριστούμε θερμά και ελπίζουμε να τους ξαναδούμε την επόμενη φορά που θα επισκεφτούμε την πόλη.

ρωτοντασ στα χανια βρηκα πολυ πιο ωραια δωματια με πρωινο στην τιμη των 60 ευρω και οχι 90.πολυ καλυτερα δωματια.τα κρεββατια ηταν μικρα και ειχαν ξυλο στην κατω μερια με αποτελεσμα εγω που ειμαι ψηλοσ 1,92 να μην μπορω να ισιωσω.απαραδεκτο.παρα πολυ θορυβο εκαναν τα αυτοκινητα που περνουσαν απο τον κεντρικο δρομο με αποτελεσμα να ενοχλησε.το ντεκορ ολου του ξενοδοχειου ειναι παλιασ εποχησ και ψυχοπλακωτικο.μετα απο παραπονα μασ αλλαξαν δωματιο γιατι αυτο στον τριτο οροφο ηταν απαραδεκτο γιατι μυριζε το δωματιο ηταν χαλια δε ειχε μπαλκονι.χαλια δε θα παω ποτε ξανα.

No me ha gustado nada el hotel, está muy antiguo. Tiene unas vistas horrorosas a fabricas abandonadas. No tiene ningun tipo de reforma. El precio es muy alto para lo que ofrecen. El desayuno es normalito tirando a bajo. Da a una calle muy ruidosa. No recomendaria a nadie este hotel.

Clim ch 401 hs ,wifi quand sa veut fonctionner.Piscine ( nager avec des sandalettes pour eviter les coupures aux pieds). 6 Transats pour l'hotel.seul espace vert envahie de crotte de chien.

Personnel prévenant et aimable. Chambre agréable et bien insonorisée. Beau buffet de petit déjeûner.

Hôtel éloigné de la zone touristique de La Canée. Environnement pas franchement séduisant et très bruyant.

Wifi nettement inssufisant

God frukost.

Vi valde hotellet för det fanns pool. Men den var inte igång första veckan i april, när vi var där. Det skulle vi fått upplysning om.
