My stay in Akali was as i expeted..perfect location for people who want to explore the city everything is just few steps away....very cozy and well decorated hotel...perfectly clean and newly renovated rooms with unique style....staff was brilliant and so so hospitable....I want to underline that all the areas of the hotel was always very clean and fragrant....i loved the Cretan breakfast buffet too...Thank's Akali staff for my perfect accommodation they offered me.

I would like to say that this hotel was one of the most frienldy hotets I ever stay, because the employees there All of them are so perfect, they make me feel that I could ask anything from them and I did not disturb them, I feel like I was on my house.

Staff and lobby Size of room and especially the bathroom ! No tub,and the shower very tight and cheaply made! Shower-head wouldn't stay in place on the wall and even after complaining about it they tried to fix it but still having problem!

Location. Easy walking distance to city center. Also, staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome. Slow Internet. Noisy Street but the doors kept it to a minimum.

The hotel had a swimming pool, unfortunately it was not constantly monitored and had a lot of leaves and insects floating in it. The tv was very basic and did not have any Satelite channels

I thought the bedrooms were in need of a re fit, very poor for class of hotel. The shower was useless, all it needed was a new hose and a couple of screws tightened so it at least held it's self up on the wall fitting. Booked a room with pool view and was confirmed in reservation but got a room that looked onto the road.

Goed hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Het hotel is gelegen net buiten het centrum. De buurt is wat minder en de parkeergelegenheid beperkt. De airco functioneerde niet goed.

Väldigt trevligt hotell med en finfin frukostbuffe. Väl värd pengarna, ligger 10 minuter från stranden så man får gå en liten stund, nära till den fina hamnen och gamla Chania. Trevlig personal, jättebra service i matsalen!! Hårda sängar (men det är det överallt på alla hotell på Kreta). Poolen var skitliten.

Meget venligt personale. Rigtig god morgenmad. God pris. Vi ville leje en bil gennem hotellet, men kun hvis vi kunne få den med det samme. Vi blev lovet en time, men den blev leveret efter bare en halv time. Super...

Bra hotell med bra läge. Hyfsad frukost med svenska mått. Vi gav 2500 kr för 1 vecka i april (dubbelrum) För det priset fick vi MYCKET valuta. Kan helt klart tänka mig ett återbesök. Trevlig resa.

Ευγενικό προσωπικό, αρκετά καλό πρόγευμα. 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την παλιά πόλη. Τα υπνοδωμάτια σε σχέση με τους κοινόχρηστους χώρους ,χρειάζονται αναβάθμιση.

Bett und Zudecke waren sehr angenehm. Kein Lärmeintrag von außen noch durch Zimmernachbarn. Zum Frühstück konnte man sich Orangen auspressen. Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Bad: Alles stumpf, ohne Glanz; ein unliebsamer Duschvorhang; zudem kein Fön (4-Sterne-Hotel!).

Πολύ καλό πρωινό, κοντά στο κέντρο. Χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση. Τα δωμάτια του είναι αρκετά ταλαιπωρημένα. Δεν θα το έλεγες στην παρούσα φάση 4* ξενοδοχείο. Μεγάλο μειονέκτημα είναι επίσης η έλλειψη parking.

το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου που συνάντησα είναι εξαιρετικό , ιδιαίτερα ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. μολονότι πρόκειται για παλαιό κτίσμα, το ξενοδοχείο είναι ανακαινισμένο με ιδιαίτερη φροντίδα και φινέτσα και προσφέρει τις ανέσεις και έχει την εικόνα ενός πολύ μοντέρνου ξενοδοχείου. ο δε θόρυβος από την οδό κισσάμου έχει αντιμετωπιστεί με καλή ηχομόνωση. αν και δεν βρίσκεται στην καλύτερη μεριά της πόλης των χανίων, απέχει μόνο 3 λεπτά από την είσοδο της παλαιάς πόλης και το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
