Aktaion Resort  

Friendly, helpful staff. Well positioned room with a lovely view from the balcony, over the sea and bay towards Gythio. We were pleased the room had central heating as the evenings were rather chilly towards the end of March. Very good breakfasts.

The bungalow's location was at the very front 20-30 meters from the beach. It was spacious with vaulted ceiling , very comfortable, with α/c, refrigerator . The bathroom was large with full bathtub. There was a private veranda with table and chairs facing the seafront. The rooms are surrounded with rose bushes, iris and rosemary and a wide area of manicured lawn. The beach is wonderful a mix of sand pebbles, the sea is wonderful. There are nice straw umbrellas for shade and excellent beds for resting or tanning. The pool is very clean but noisy with lots of kids and a noisy pool bar. The hotel is located very close to town by car or taxi. The port town of Gythio(yee-theo) Is picturesque with lots of nice fish tavernas and cafe bars. A very good relaxing holiday on the beach.

The hotel lacks room service menus, do not disturb signs. The breakfast although adequate is unorganized. There is obvious lack of a chef and the two ladies assisting the buffet clearly untrained although very polite. The cleaning room service knocks on your door and asks whether they can come in and clean. The hotel has 3 star facilities with 2 star service. With proper management it can become a great resort.

Our experience was excellent overall. We stayed in a family room with our 3 kids (ages 6, 8, and 10), which was quite comfortable. The kids loved the pool, which was large and warm. The beach was a short walk away (80m), so we spent the morning there before heading to the pool for the rest of the day. The greatest advantage, however, was the reasonably priced restaurant, where we often had 2 meals a day, with very polite staff. Overall, we thought the hotel was delightful for families with kids.

This is an excellent facility (new...within past 4 years), exceedingly well kept, with a very nice pool and adjacent bar and restaurant. Our poolside room was spacious and comfortable. We were there for 2 nights in early/mid June--prior to their busy season in July/August--and so shared the resort with only a handful of other people/families. The price was good, and despite the few other guests, the resort operated with full services and catered to all of our needs.

Located a few kilometers out of town, down a series of narrow lanes, so a trip to town requires a drive. There were chairs available for their stretch of beach, but no umbrellas (possibly due to being the off-season).

μου άρεσε η θέση του πολύ βολική για μονοήμερες εκδρομές. η ησυχία και ο βολικός σχεδιασμός σαν κατασκευή για Resort. πολύ όμορφη η κίνηση του προσωπικού στη reception όταν κατά την αναχώρηση μας προσέφερε ένα βαζάκι ελιές (οι οποίες είναι εξαιρετικής ποιότητας). το Bar στην πισίνα ήταν μέχρι πολύ αργά ανοικτό και είχε εξαιρετική μουσική.

θα ήθελα λίγο πιο πλούσιο πρωινό - χωρίς αυτό να σημαίνει ότι το πρωινό δεν ήταν καλό.

πανεμορφο συγκροτημα, καινουργιεσ εγκαταστασεισ, με αμεση προσβαση στη θαλασσα. συγχαρητηρια στο προσωπικο!!!!!!!

μας εντυπωσίασε η φιλικότητα όλου του προσωπικού. πολύ καλύτερο από την περιγραφή. περάσαμε υπέροχα.

Άψογη αρχιτεκτονική, ιδανική για απόλυτη ξεκούραση και χαλάρωση.

το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο,η καθαριότητα πολύ καλή και το εστιατόριο είχε καλομαγειρεμένα πιάτα. γενικά η διαμονή μας ήταν εξαιρετική. η θάλασσα μπροστά από το ξενοδοχείο ήταν επίσης καθαρή και η παροχή Wi-Fi στους χώρους πολύ βολική.

Η Θεα του δωματίου,ο κηπος,η πισινα του.Καλη η προσβαση στη θαλασσα,οχι πολλη οργανωση στην παραλια (ισως λογω εποχης.)

τα μπαλκονια ορισμενων δωματιων,ειχαν οπτικη επαφη,και χωρις διαχωριστικα απο τα διπλωνα.Το πρωινο δεν ηταν εμπλουτισμενο,με ντοπια παραδοσιακα προιοντα.Κακη ληψη ΤΥ.

Familienzimmer sehr komfortable und gross, freundliche Reception (es gab noch ein Glas Oliven als Abschiedsgeschenk), Fruestueck war besser als bei vielen Griechischen Hotels also Gut. Grosser sauberer Pool mit vielen Liegen und Bar. Tramstrand. Sehr ruhig.

La disponibilità e la cortesia degli addetti alla reception. Il wi-fi veloce ed utilizzabile anche dalla propria camera.

Le camere familiari sono un po' buie perchè a piano terra con un unico punto luce rappresentato dalla porta d'ingresso.

τα ισόγεια οικογενειακά δωμάτια είναι σκοτεινά και χωρίς καθόλου διάκοσμο, έλλειψη ποικιλίας στο πρωϊνό

η τοποθεσία ειναι υπεροχή καθώς και η διάταξη του Resort η οποία παρέχει και την ηρεμία και απομόνωση αλλα και την δυνατότητα έντονης διαμονης. οι τιμες στο εστιατόριο αρκετά καλές αλλα αυτό που μένει σίγουρα αξέχαστο ειναι οι άνθρωποι που δουλεύουν εκεί οι οποίοι ειναι εξυπηρετικοι και πάντα ευγενικοί και χαμογελαστοι
