Albatros Spa & Resort Hotel  

We've stayed at this hotel many, many times during the past 28 years. we feel home here. - And besides: The Albatros has developed to a 1st class hotel. We will always come back!!

Great location near the beach....great pool, spa attached. Very clean. Stayed in new section which was great. Complimentary breakfast was good. Many restaurants and shops close to the hotel. Not difficult to find parking and did not have to pay for hotel parking.

Many rude guests and buffet tables, trying to reserve tables and each morning lounge chairs at pool were saved with towels. Not the hotels fault but to consider when planning a trip.

I very much liked hotel, the personnel and service. All affable, smile. Visitors are surrounded by attention! Very purely, good meal. Spacious numbers. Only at me a question Why the system hasn't unblocked till now my money, I reserved hotel from a card, but have paid in hotel cash, money for a card isn't present till now. Answer, please

It's very close to the sea and to the street bar , 5 minust walking. The staff was very very nice. Not to fanssy but it's very good. You shuld take this hotel , I probably take it back when I will came to hersonissos next year.

It was clean comfortable even if we had to pay for dinner it was chip

staff was extremely pleasant and helpful nice programs at night: lobster night, brazilian show,... hotel is alive!

i specifically asked for double bed and not two single beds attached i still did get two atatched beds... other than this, all was great!

πολύ καλή η τοποθεσία, εφόσον πρέπει να παραμείνει κάποιος στη χερσόνησο. αρκετά εξυπηρετικό το προσωπικό. είναι και αρκετοί σε αριθμό. καθαρά τα δωμάτια. καλύτερο value for money σε σχέση με τα υπόλοιπα παρακείμενα ξενοδοχεία.

κακό πρωϊνό. Decor δεκαετίας 80. δεν έχει parking.

Les chambres sont magnifiques et très confortables! Le design de l'hôtel est très moderne et agréable. Nous y sommes allés en Septembre donc il n'y avait pas trop de monde. Le personnel du Spa n'est pas très accueillant mais les prix sont intéressants! Un hôtel parfait pour un séjour de détente et de découverte de la région du nord de la Crète!

Le personnel du Spa n'était pas très aimable. Les chambres ne sont pas bien insonorises et on entend malheureusement les bébés pleurer ou les fêtards crier! La plage n'est pas loin mais ça n'est pas la plus belle... Il vaut mieux avoir une voiture pour explorer les alentours. Hernossisos est une ville très touristique, parfaite pour faire la fête mais il est difficile de trouver un périt resto romantique au calme! De très belles vacances malgré ces petits inconvénients!

Wir hatten ein super schönes Zimmer in dem Neubau. Hier sind die Zimmer in der Kategorie 5 Sterne (deutsche Standard eher 4) und absolut empfehlenswert. Wichtig ist zu wissen, dass man ein Superior Zimmer buchen soll, ansonsten landet man in dem Altbau. Hier sind die Zimmer sehr schlecht und alt ausgestattet (max. 1 Sterne) und dies hat nichts mit einem 5 Sterne Spa und Resort Hotel zu tun.

In der Beschreibung des Hotels bei Booking.com geht es nicht hervor, dass das sogenannte Standard Zimmer (was oft nur 20€ weniger pro Nacht kostet als ein Superior Zimmer) ein 1 Sterne Kategorie ist. Ich habe mehrere Freunde auf meine Empfehlung hin gesandt und sie wurden alle in den 1 Sterne Zimmer runtergebracht. Und das kann ich nicht empfehlen. Achten Sie unbedingt darauf, dass Sie ein Superior Zimmer buchen. Dann werden Sie top zufrieden sein und machen Sie einen großen Bogen um die Standard Zimmer (Alte Möbeln, teilweise Zimmer in Untergeschoss, kein Fön, super kleine Dusche, dunkel und düster).
