Cancellation
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If modified later, the first two nights will be charged.
Children and extra beds
One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One further child under 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Daphne à la carte gourmet restaurant opens daily for lunch or dinner, offering you the chance to discover the secrets of the world famous authentic Cretan cuisine or sample flavours from around the Mediterranean. Private dining is also possible.
The main lobby and bar, Veranda, opens from 16:00 to 00:00 and serves a wide variety of refreshments, drinks and cocktails. The seaside cafe pool bar serves fresh fruit juices, refreshments, cocktails and light snacks all day from 10:30 to 00:00.
There is 24-hour room service available in the resort.
Superior rooms offer the above, are more spacious, airy and have large balconies with sea or pool views. They also offer bath and beach towels (with a deposit), cable internet access and safety deposit boxes suitable for laptops.

Rooms in the new wing are comfortable, modern, clean and quiet. Staff is friendly and very responsive. Bed pillows are too big for comfort. |

It's a business trip for me, so I very much only used the basics of the hotel, and did not have much time to enjoy its other facilities. I hate hotels that do not provide basic stuffs like toothbrush, toothpaste, however good they are. |

The hotel is situated within Herssonisos at 100m from the sea (beach). You can have the benefit from the sea without the noise problem of the "promenade". The people there are very friendly and helpful. One part of the hotel is an older building which has been refurbished. But the rooms are pretty well restored. Yes the rooms in this older part are rather small and the flat TV screen could be bigger. So if you go to creete for holding huge TV parties, then choose another hotel. Otherwise this is fine. Wifi does not reach the 4th floor. |

Zeer goed gelegen, vlak bij het strand en op 350 meter van de uitgaansbuurt (maar toch heel rustig). Heel mooie kamers. Ik ben er twee keer twee nachten geweest, een keer aan 60 euro, een keer aan 50 euro (telkens begin oktober, in het naseizoen). |
