Overlooking the new port of Mykonos and located just 5 minutes from Agios Stefanos Beach, Makis Place features a bar-restaurant and a swimming pool with terrace.

Only one mile from the town of Mykonos and a few feet from the beach, the traditionally-built Casa Bianca features Cycladic hospitality in the picturesque village of Ornos.

Apsenti is the ultimate boutique settlement, exclusively for couples and honeymooners. It features a peaceful retreat with romantic rooms, candlelit dinners and spa facilities.
Score from 121 reviews Very good
This was our second year of stay , based on price and airport transfer which had now stopped due to the owners health, however we would not have booked if no transfer as it is miles from the airport and a dangerous walk at cliff edge into town. Bookings.com must not do this to people as the hotel owners have said they have told you there are no more transfers. Please sort S this cost us twice! Taxi from port pick up and taxis to airport , so very misleading to offer at the price !
Pool, family room divided to quadrouple , view
swiming pool breakfast and it's staff
Dirty, low water pressure in the shower, not a minibar at the room, Not a wifi in the room and the one in the lobby is low Very por breakfast without vegetable and cheese The staf is antipathic Very expensive for what you get
- Awful and absolutely rude owners and crew - Bathroom very old and rusty - Dirty room (sheets, floor, ...) - Pool closed between 20:00 et 8:00 - Horrible view on the road and air conditionning systems (noisy) - No communication was possible with the staff to change the room - Breakfast : poor choice (not even a fruit), bread and viennoiseries weren't fresh, no water unless you pay for it - Wrong localisation on the map - No help for transfer ==> Avoid, please don't go there.
Very uncomfortable, noisy bed! The owner was very antipathic and nervous, shouting everybody around her, including guests. No port/ aiport transfers!
The only stuff from Bengladesh who was very kind and helpful!
The room wasn't clean and the breakfast of poor quality.
Part of the staff helpful and kind.
small and uncomfortable beds. Although we had a reservation for 4 persons (one quadruple room), they gave us a triple room with a camp bed they put afterwards inside. Potential lost of the ancient tv controller would cost 100EU for the client as a sign next to the front desk was declaring. The washstand in the bathroom was clogged. Plus the pool was never available for the guests.
relatively affordable and economic comparing to other places nearby, very close to town (3 min by car)
Not very welcoming staff other than the couple who run the restaurant who were very nice. The hotel needs a remodel. A little outdated.
Nice small pool area and nice sea view. Clean bedding and towels every day.
No fridges in rooms ! Couldn't believe it in such a hot place . Breakfast menu very very limited. Management need to get in this century . Lovely hotel but management from last century. Could be so nice if owner/manager stepped aside and let younger ppl run the place.
Pool area but needs few more loungers and shades. View , and buildings lovely what I expected. Staff are lovely but front office management came out of dark ages. Abusive to guest .
We don't like the old ladies of receptionist becouse is racism. She is scolding chinese is PIG, and ask we get out.very unpolike.
The food is fine and only the chef is kind.
Unfriendly staff, pipe in pool exploded and filled it with mud on second day. Considering the pool was the only reason we picked the hotel, nothing was said to us about it other than looking at it. No cleaning or fixing was done for remainder of the stay. Wifi was very poor and staff would yell at each other in the restaurants in front of the guests. Quite a bit out of town with no taxis on the island walking on windy roads with no paths was a little daunting.
Was very quiet, nice room and pool
The price. ( but you really have to take into account this is Mykonos and as such, Alex really is budget accomodation)
Located between main town and ferry port, good location for island hoppers. Dispite poor reviews we found the rooms and service to be the standard (if not better) we would expect for lower budget travelling. The pool and views were a bonus, and the breakfast was more than expected. No issues with rudeness as reported elsewere, yes a pleasant surprise.
no pick up from port. VERY difficult to get transport from port to hotel. Had to walk into town and after unsuccessful queue for Taxi, had to walk back to port to catch local bus. 15 minutes walk either way to restaurants, along busy road in the dark. Breakfast was pretty basic, cheap food supplied.
swimming pool on the roof was great to entertain kids for last morning, while we packed. We had used this hotel purely as a stopover for last night of our holiday after 14 nights around smaller islands. ensure you order taxi from reception, came in 2 minutes.
Most of the staff were quite rude, it's in a terrible location, the beds were hard and you could feel the springs and the pillows were shocking. Would definitely not recommend. Worth paying similar amount to stay closer to the town or a beach.
Rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels etc.
The resepsionist lady was totally useless. Hotel has not been presented properly.Just room showed me. Wifi is only available at reseption area !! very poor.
only the night shift employee was good.
Otel workers ıs not kind.when you ask something they could not answer and when they say something it can be probably wrong information.ıts a big fault of otel that rooms have not refrigrator!!!
Breakfast was repetitive. Fridge in room would be useful for bottled water & other drinks to keep them cool & fruit & yoghurt to add to the poor breakfast. Coffee & tea making facilities could be provided in rooms.
Hotel was very clean & comfortable. Good location for Mykonos town
Didn't like the owners
Employees are really great
The location was very isolated. Basic furniture and rooms and hotel not like what we were expecting as far as pictures and descriptions. I don't know how it's a 4 star rating. We were only there one night which was a relief. Had to plead for a pick up and drop to the airport. There was meant to me transfers to airport etc but the only driver was elderly owner and we basically had to get a taxi. The wife got very agitated and started shouting when the staff member asked about needing to drop to airport as there was also another guest wanting to do so. Overall not a good experience.
The price I paid was too high for that kind of room.
The swimming pool. Position is good if you must take a boat from the new port of Mykonos. It's also near to the center of Mykonos Town (15-20 minutes walking).
in summary: there is nothing about this hotel that will delight you; the rooms are dated, the facilities are feeble, the staff are rubbish and the breakfast is terrible, you'll struggle to find the hotel and then when you do you'll wish you hadn't; when you want to leave, you won't be able - unless you can hike or take your life into your hands flagging down strangers. *rooms are tired and uncomfortable - double room was just two single beds pushed together *wifi didn't work in rooms at all *breakfast was appalling - the best thing that could be said was that there was a choice of teabags, everything else was very poor - a bowl of hard boiled eggs, some stale cake, and a some bread+toaster and that's your lot *promised transfers to the airport did not happen, and the hotel were totally unable to order a taxi, in the end we stood on the main road and flagged down a stranger and persuaded him to take us to the airport of 15 euros *the shower was pointless, if you trained a seagull to fly down to the beach and scoop a beak full of water and empty it over your head instead- you would have got much wetter *staff were odd - the owner told me off for pressing the buttons in the lift -there are warning signs up with fines for loosing remote controls etc - not what you would expect for a hotel at this price. *the location is not as shown in the map- don't be fooled into thinking that you will be a gentle walk from the ferry port after a long day travelling, it's half a kilometre along the main road with no pavement, then a couple of hundred metres up a steep road, and then when you arrive you'll be very dissapointed
air conditioning in the room worked well
The greek reception ladies, very unhelpful the old lady hung up when I called to book a transfer to the airport! She also told me the driver is an old man he wont get up to drop me off early. I think she was grumpy and always yelling most times I saw her.
View and pool
Breakfast was awful, with only cornflakes as the cereal option, no choice & no fresh juices. Only good point was they had Lurpack butter.
Two bedroom room was fine & clean
Despite the website saying Wifi is available in the rooms, it was not. We could get wifi in the reception/bar area and sometimes in the dining room. The beds were a little hard and the shower didn't seem to have much power but the rooms and bathroom were very clean.
I had read reviews which were not so encouraging so I went with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the whole hotel was very clean. We contacted the hotel prior to our arrival and they picked us up from the airport and drove us back again when we flew out. As a family of 4, we reserved the quad room which ended up having two bedrooms with a balcony sea view. The pool was lovely with a fabulous view. It was only about a 15 minute walk to Mykonos old town so we only rented a car for one day to go to Paradise beach and drive around, although there is a local bus which is stops near the hotel too.
Wifi only at reception and upgrade tv would be nice
Staff were very friendly and rooms were very clean
