The views We were given probably the worst room even though others where available. We were bitten to death by mosquito's in the very poor room and had to tell them to get it sprayed. It was an anniversary trip and the room spoiled it.

We loved the patio with a fabulous view of the Caldera. Our rooms were spacious and clean. The staff went out of its way to make our stay pleasant. Though there are steps down to the rooms, the staff does an amazing job of carrying all the luggage to and from the rooms.

Our room was spacious and the staff was very kind. We were able to request food to the breakfast that the children liked more. The bathtub, which is Huge, took a long time to fill. The kids ended up taking showers most of the time. Parking in this town is tight, and that is in the off season!

the hotel is besides Agean Sea, the view is very nice. the room is too small, I booked a suit- which turns out to be two small rooms - little room left besides the beds. The hotel is far away from the centre. It has to take 20 mins bus from centre to the hotel - the bus runs only once per 1.5 hours. Breakfast is very basic.

It is a very nice hotel I never booked. Because of the unique interior design and the excellent sea sight. And the stuff are very friendly and enthusiastic.

The hotel style and location were excellent. The view was magnificent overlooking the sea. The cave-style room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Within walking distance around Oia. Absolutely loved the hotel, will be back to stay at this heavenly place again! On our 3rd day, we did not get any soap or toilet paper refills, but after requesting some, we were given extra soap immediately. Stairs to get to our cave-room were not convenient with big luggage, but the staff was eager to help. Breakfast selection was poor, and never changed, but filling. These are minor things and should not deter you from staying here.

Thoughtfully-created cave house on the outskirts of the very lovely village of Oia. Well managed and maintained. Quiet, outstanding views (but you start taking this for granted in Oia!). Ideal if you have a car to explore the rest of the island - we were there out of season with a car and it was perfect. Nothing really! This place is not for anyone who has difficulty getting up and down steps or rough paths, or with a lot of luggage.

Amazing place to stay in. Extremely friendly staff and well kept rooms with mind blowing views. They had upgraded us to the Diamond suite which was simply amazing; well decorated with antique furniture and had a very rustic and traditional feel to it. The lady at the reception was extremely helpful. And for the view it should rank among the best. Highly recommended. Breakfast was very poor. Just a minor blimp in an otherwise beautiful place.

The spectacular view cannot be matched anywhere! The spa on the deck overlooking the sea was excellent. Wi-Fi was terrible .. we had to sit (uncomfortably) at an open window sill to get any signal at all. The breakfasts were ordinary and unchanging. So after 3 days of the same, became uninteresting.

The view was fabulous, the staff was wonderful, the food was great and the accomodations were quirky and interesting...a cave room! Absolutely nothing. It was perfect. We didn't want to leave and actually extended our stay for 2 extra days.

Good location with stunning view. Cave house equipped with adequate kitchen facilities. Well suited for families with children. Limited parking space along the roadside can be an issue during peak season. It was not an issue for us as we travelled at the end of Oct, where numbers of tourists are significantly reduced.

The resort of Oia does not relly fit into any of the category options except honeymoon. It really is a special place which is unlike almost any other. Although we were not honeymooning we can see that it would be perfect. Although overlooking the sea ( with specatacular views from our tearrce ) there is no beach. There is however a glorious pool overlooking the sea and breakfasts were wonderful. There were a lot of steep steps to be negotiated up and down the cliff to the room which is a traditional cave room set into the cliff. As a couple of very mature years we managed them, just and it was sell worth the effort but anyone with mobility problems would have great difficulty.

They have the best view I can find in Oia. And the staff, especially Andrea, are really very nice and helpful. The cave house we lived in has the worst draining system I have ever seen. When we took a shower it was flood in the bathroom, and the water pressure wasn't even that strong! Also we didn't have enough hot water to shower. The room was very humid even though they have a dehumifying dryer running round the clock. It has so little comfort during the stay.
