夕日で有名なイアの断崖に建つホテルです。眺めもいいし、そこで食べる朝ご飯も最高！洞窟部屋に泊まりまし- たが２泊したら１泊アップグレードしてくれました。キッチンの設備も充実していて快適でした。 夜は蚊が部屋に入ってきて数箇所刺されました。あとﾌﾟｰﾙが敷地内になく、少し歩かなくてはならないので- 断崖の眺めを見ながらはいれなかったのがちょっと残念。 |

眺望抜群！これぞサントリーニというホテルです。海を眺めながらの朝食、白い街並みを眺めながら入るジャグ- ジーなどぜいたくな時間が過ごせます。オーナーもとても気さくな方で、ホテルの周りの情報（スーパー・おい- しいレストラン）をいろいろ教えてくれました。 |

イアのホテルはネットでは実際の雰囲気を知ることは難しいと思いますが、このホテルの立地は小さな子供連れ- でなければ、中心地から遠い分、静かで良い環境だと思いました。部屋からの景色は最高で、部屋まで運んでく- れる朝食をテラスでこの景色と共に楽しむことができました。目の前がバス停というのも便利です。初日に空港- から向かうときはタクシーをオススメします。 カーブ型の部屋は毎年ペンキを塗り替えるそうですが、部屋のペンキの匂いが結構気になりました。洗面所兼シ- ャワー室の天井の高さが一定ではなく、低いところでは160cmにも満たないのではないかという高さで、私- には苦痛でした。せめて床面積全体にわたって、220cm程度の天井の高さは確保していただきたいです（シ- ャワー室の情報も正しくWEBに部屋ごとに載せるべきだと思います）。また、私の泊まった部屋は道路の真下- にあたり、夜ときどき唸るような車の通る音が気になりました。総じて良いホテルであることは最後に申し添え- て起きます。 |

帰りのﾌﾗｲﾄ時間が7時と早かったが､朝5時半にﾀｸｼｰを手配しｽﾀｯﾌが送り出してくれた｡また､紺- 碧の空と海､白く鮮やかな家を見ながら家族で楽しんだ無料のｼﾞｬｸﾞｼﾞｰはとても気持ち良く子供たちも- 満足していた｡ 最終日の夕方､大量の蟻がﾄﾞｱの入り口周辺に出てきたが､内線で連絡したところ直ぐに来てくれ対処してく- れた｡ |

We spent 2 nights here, staying in pearl cave house..a traditional cave house which we expected unique and comfort.. Hotel staff is very helpful.. 1st day arrived our room key lock was broken, but was fixed and replace a new one immediately by hotel staff.. paranoid sea view from shared balcony.. Swimming pool was closed due to winter... Hot water is limited in the bathroom.. we can't find any suitable adaptor in the hotel.. |

The views that the hotel offered and the friendliness of the staff made the stay worthwile. The shower curtain in the cave room did not reach the ground so in order to avoid getting the bathroom went, you had to position the showerhead in an awkward position. |

Wonderful cave room with open seaview at cliff. Good wifi network in even in the room while many other hotel can't provide even though they stated in the their hotel description. Recomanded! |

The cave house is cozy and well furnished, with all facilities you need. There is a great garden outside, surrounded by flowers, with fantastic seaview and couch chairs. Perfect contential breakfast in such an environment. Very friendly staff and nice stay at this hotel. |

The staff were all very helpful; breakfast was served on the terrace every morning and when we ended up on the wrong island, they sent a message telling us things we could do while there. They also sent a taxi for us the following morning at the port. They were wonderful! |

The view is what one wants when staying in Oia and the staff were very helpful. The hotel does not have an onsite pool and does not have parking available across the street like other hotels in the area. In making reservations be sure you know what room you are getting for your dollar commitment. |

Excellent view, Oia is the best place to stay in Santorini, not to many people and more romantic, also best place to see the sunset. However, you have to walk to certain point to see the perfect sunset The air condition was not working for 2 days, it took them 2 days to replace it, I was not willing to pay the full amount since we did not rest that much because of that, and they did not consider that. I was really dissapointed. However the hotel seems to be a great option. |

Alexander its and its staff tried their best to satisfy our demands. there are two types of rooms those like saphire and diamond are not well described on the net Ruby is definitly the best. |

There are little bit smell in the room. It might be better to have more parasol for brekfast. I though we can see sea from room. It is impossible to see sea from room. But sea view from out side of room was spectacle. |

I love it! The villa, decoration, view, everything is so beautiful, have all the facilities needed, good internet access. Service is good, as we had to go somewhere well early the next monring 6am, before breakfast time (which was included in the room rate) staff arranged breakfast delivered to us the night before, well wrapped up, so we can easily reheat them the next morning....very thoughtful~ |
