Our stay at the Airotel Alexandros was great. The location was ideal and the size of the room was pefect (as there were three of us). The only thing that was lacking was the comfort of the bed...They need to invest in mattresses! The mattress was too hard! |

I found the staff helpful, the room clean & comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. I did find it noisy due to both the street noise and more so the dumping of garbage cans late at night. |

The position of the hotel was perfect, in a very safe area next to two subway stations leading to the airport or to the city center (3 stops). Very good and plentiful breakfast. The staff was kind and helpful. Nice room (we had a triple), free internet access, very economical hotel! Well... nothing, it was just perfect! |

All that I can think of is cleanliness of the room. And besides that... well, nothing. The staff. They were polite and everything but it seemed like they were not happy to see us in their hotel at all. May be they were tired or busy or something else but anyway we didn't notice any trace hospitality. |

Hotel was very basic but location was good and breakfast was excellent. Very functional for a trip to Athens. We had asked for a non-smoking room but when we were assigned our first room, it had obviously had smokers in it. The front desk didn't seem too happy that we wanted to switch but accomodated us and the next room was fine. |

The breakfast was excellent, the area was very good, safe and quiet. Good value for money. The staff was not so friendly except on arrival. When the internet service was faulty the only reply from the receptionist was "I don't know, there was a gentleman before you". |

Nothing really. Had booked a non-smoking "Deluxe" 3 person room which was described as having separate living area, wood, leather, marble. Was given a room that smelt so much of stale smoke we were almost sick. Misleading descriptions - no separate seating areas, just a sofa near the window! Decor basic, not stylish as hey suggest. Remote area of Athens with nothing nearby. |

Polite and helpful staff, recently renovated facilities, beautiful restaurant area with great breakfast buffet. If you're considering this hotel b/c you have to visit the US embassy, this is the perfect location. The hotel is literally next door to Piraeus bank, where you can pay your visa fee, and a 10 minute walk from the embassy. |

The breakfast was good. Generally the staff was unhelpful except for the girl at the reservation counter. The room was outdated and not very clean. Unacceptable for the cost. |

the location and the breakfast the staff was not friendly, we had horrible smell in our room and they acted like they cant smell it, they didnt want to change the room and when we insisted they said that because of us, the guests that will come later wont have a room, thay were angry of us because we complaint about the smell. |
