The breakfast was good. Generally the staff was unhelpful except for the girl at the reservation counter. The room was outdated and not very clean. Unacceptable for the cost. |

the location and the breakfast the staff was not friendly, we had horrible smell in our room and they acted like they cant smell it, they didnt want to change the room and when we insisted they said that because of us, the guests that will come later wont have a room, thay were angry of us because we complaint about the smell. |

The room is confortable and the breakfast is good (very good orange juice). Free internet WiFi in the room. twin bed for a couple!! The room manager is not nice (impolite) and no help to carry baggages because we wanted changed by room but other personels are very nice. The elevator is very small. |

Breakfast buffet was very nice. Staff were helpful when asked. Getting there was complicated by the fact that there are two streets in Athens with almost the same name, the staff seemed unaware of that fact, and it took us quite a while to figure it out. Also: we understood from your info that it was quite close to Syntagma Square; in fact it was actually too far to reasonably walk. |

Parking facilities, good, clean and safe area, very comfortable beds and very kind staff. No balcony, parking is too small to fit all cars. |

The location was very good, the staff was very friendly The triple room too small, Air conditioner was not working well, if you go to Athens during winter is perfect, in summer the room could be very hot as was in my case |

the staff was very gentle; it's not a luxury hotel but very warm. the location is convenient.and the belguim chocolate that they give at night it's wonderfull. the room didn't have blackout. |

The staff at the hotel were excellent. The receptionist (I cant remember his name) but when we arrived we were made to feel so welcome and his hospitality was faultless. The bathroom door in the room did not shut but was not a major issue. The air conditioning did not work, as it was not particularly hot this was not an issue on this occasion. |

Clean room, very bright.Excellent breakfeast and very good value for money.Friendly and helpful staff. Very well located in a residential area, a block away from the subway that takes you everywhere from downtown to the airport. Noisy because walls seem to be paper thin, and the promised wifi connection did not work. |
