It was close to the location we needed to be at (not central), that is why we chose it. The room was spacious - albeit a bit dated - and the wifi seemed to work. The breakfast was very good. We arrived at a time when it was still "cold" for the Greeks, but for us who are from northern Europe, it was quite warm. It was rainy so the rooms got really hot & sticky. The hotel room description promised us aircondition, but the hotel hadn't even switched off the heating yet & turned on the aircon. So we arrived to a very hot and damp (smelling) room. So we had to have the balcony doors open at night. With the traffic in Athens the way it is, it was way too noisy and we hardly slept at all for 2 nights. When we asked the staff, they just shrugged and didnt seem to care. The man who was on the evening shift was quite rude about it, in fact. The staff the next day was at least more understanding & explained the situation, but we still had no airconditioning even though it was promised on the website. We will not be staying here again.

Well,we really liked the hotel. We stayed at a junior suite which was quite spacious, practicle and with a modern and nice design. However the bathroom was too small for a junior suite and with a low ceiling. There was a spacious wardrobe though with enough room to put a lot of clothes in. The fact that the hotel provided a parking lot free of charge was a relief for us. As for the hotel staff, all were very polite and helpful. We had booked at this hotel in Athens because it was not the first time we stayed at this chain of hotels. We had stayed in Airotel Achaia Beach, in Rio and we were enthused with everything there. Only the bathroom which was too small. And for some people who would like to have a balcony there was no balcony in this suite. However we noticed that some rooms or suites do have balconies.

I liked the fact the hotel was centrally located. Very accessible to many modes of transportation. The metro was only a 5 minute walk and from there it was easy to navigate the city. I highly recommend the big red buses for seeing everything since you have the pass for 2 days!

Good location according to the price, very polite and helpful staffs, restaurant food was awful, near to metro station, free Wi-Fi. Oveall, it was ok. The hotel must control everything in the room befor guest arrival. When they give us the room, the safe doesn't work properly and the window lock wasn't ok. However, the stuffs fixed them rapidly.

The hotel was welcoming and friendly. The room was pleasant if a little overheated (I was there in early March). The staff were always pleasant and helpful. There is wi-fi available, plus a computer with internet access for a small fee. The breakfast buffet was extensive and mostly delicious. I ate in the restaurant a couple of times and the food was very good. The hotel claimed to be close to Megaro Mousikis Metro, but was really much closer to Ampelokipi. I wish they'd been honest about that as I lugged my suitcase from the further station!! All in all, I would recommend this hotel and I would stay in it again if I were to be in Athens. One small niggle was that the room cleaner kept forgetting to replace the sachets of coffee and milk that I used. Apart from that, everything was fine.

Handy location both for business and tourism. Very reasonable pricing. Although the overall location is great, the hotel entrance is on a very narrow road and that's a bit inconvenient.

Was perfectly situated for the conference that I attended. Very clean rooms and general environment. Breakfast was very varied and fulfilling indeed. Staff helped me in organising my short stay events- avilability of travel services, best eating places, tours available in the short time that I had at my disposal. In short thanks to all and see you soon, hopefully. Possibly the relatively long waiting time to access the lifts. Otherwise no complaints.

Very nice staff, very nice and rich breakfast, good location for business trips, for city tours the hotel is about 600 metres from the metro and three metro stops from the city center (synthagma). The area seems nice, alive and safe.

The staff were very friendly and it was in a good location, close to the metro. The beds were comfortable. The room was "tired" looking. We asked to change rooms as our first room had a bad damp smell, the bathroom floor was black with mould and the wallpaper and lampshades were discoloured and shabby. They moved us to a triple room which was better, but the bathroom really needed updating as there was black damp patches and a damp smell which would not go.

We stayed in the hotel in November 2011, the fourth year when my husband and I have chosen this hotel for a week's stay - combining business with a holiday. The staff are really superb - always friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and the food is excellent. The hotel is ideally located, close to two Metro stations with plenty of local shops closeby.

The Hotel is on the outskirts of the ‘action’, but only five minutes from two metro stations. 3-4 stops will get you to the Acropolis and middle of the city and the metro is cheap. 35 minutes will get you to the airport. The area is a little run down and very busy with lots of traffic (but so is much of Athens) yet safe. There are lots of local bars and restaurants. The Concert hall is nearby as is Serum Biomedical Clinic. Curiously the Hotel has a small Church in front of it. The staff are very welcoming and speak excellent English, especially ‘Esther’ who was very helpful with tourist information. There are two very small lifts that can only accommodate 2 persons with luggage. The foyer has an attractive bar area and a restaurant which was a little overpriced compared to some local options, so very under-used. (Try ‘Mapmita’ near the Hotel for a Greek meal, with wine, at around £20). The Hotel’s included breakfast (buffet style) was taken in the restaurant and was very good, featuring many hot and cold items. There as a good mix of Greek specialities and European. I Picked a Junior Suite 407 (4th Floor) which was a very reasonable price, not costing much more than a standard room in many of the UK ‘s Motels . You get a large bedroom with seating area, for your money. The bed was extremely wide (it could accommodate three adults!) but the mattress was too firm for my liking. I asked the very hard feather pillows to be swapped for synthetic ones, which were equally hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom was of a moderate size and had a bath with shower attachment with hose and curtain. However, the shower pressure was quite weak but adequate. Being October, the air-conditioning in the room was disabled and only able to supply ‘heat’ however due to the warm temperatures (by British standards) I would have liked to be able to cool the room. Fortunately a large window in the room did open. I don’t t think Greeks particularly understand the concept of ‘non- smoking’ as it is still a very popular habit. I did specify a non- smoking room and it did not smell of smoke. However the smell of smoke came into our room via the bathroom vent, from the room next door. They do not seem to have a non-smoking floor of rooms?

I stayed for 5 days. Its very convenient because of its location. There were strike and when there were no subway, buses or taxi, this is the best hotel for its location. There are nearby eating places, mini markets for groceries and many bakery to buy food. Some basic things like tissues not available. No shower caps. Need to send clothes for ironing and incurred extra charges on that.
