Reception staff were friendly and informative, which helped me feel comfortable about getting to the airport next day. Breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good for seeing Ioannina. The reception and dining room were comfortable and attractive. The shower head had to be held in the hand, couldn't be hung up - but this is often so in Greece. It would have been better if there had been a list of things room service could provide. But these are minor points. |

Ανετο και καθαρό δωμάτιο, δωρεάν χώρος στάθμευσης στο χώρο του ξενοδοχείου, ικανοποιητικό πρωινό, κεντρική τοποθεσία, ευγενικό και πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Υπήρχε μυρωδιά τσιγάρου στο δωμάτιο παρόλο ότι ζήτησα δωμάτιο μη καπνιστών. |

Πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο δωμάτιο, αρχοντικό. Ήσυχο ξενοδοχείο. Αρκετά μακριά από το κέντρο και τη λίμνη. Πολύ καλό πρωινό και αψογη εξυπηρέτηση. |

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer, die Qualität der Betten und Handtücher, der Zimmerservice im Allgemeinen war prima. Das Frühstück war typisch griechisch (u.a. Kuchen, Kekse, Quark, Trockenobst), nichts aussergewöhnliches, aber immer frische Ware in ausreichender Menge. Kaffee oder Tee wurden serviert - Service akurat und freundlich. Mitarbeiter an Rezeption immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Stühle auf dem Hotel-Balkon wären schön gewesen. |

Personale accogliente. Pulizia. Vicinanza al centro. Ex albergo 4 stelle (resta qualche logo qua e là), ora 3, con un arredamento che ormai sente il peso degli anni, sebbene resti decoroso. Corridoi e ascensore non condizionati e caldissimi ad agosto (il termometro dell'ascensore segnava 32-33...). A conti fatti un po' costoso per il suo livello. |

το ξενοδοχείο αποτελεί μόνο λύση ανάγκης για τους περαστικούς απο την πόλη οι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου είναι σκοτεινοί, ζεστοί. Οι μοκέτες στους διαδρόμους και στα δωμάτια το κάνουν περίεργο, το μπάνιο είχε σκουριασμένο ντους και δεν ενέπνεε καθαριότητα.Οι κεντρικές μονάδες των κλιματιστικών στα μπαλκόνια δημιουργούν αφόρητη κατάσταση στα δωμάτια κλπ |
