We liked the hospitality at the hotel the hotel has 2 Star, but the personel and hospitality was 5 Star. So we got a Lots for our money. We Were 11 people in our group, an we Were treated as Kings. The restaurant at the hotel called Theo is an excellent restaurant to 5 Stars. Good food, and Nice personel. They served for us all 11, with smile and kindlynes, and we got a raki after dinner. Terrific reception. Extremely friendly staff. Sea view comfortable room. First class evening meal with live entertainment. Great value for money. Will recommend to friends and we will certainly return to stay again when in Chania - making it a longer stay next time ! After having a shower on arrival the floor got wet and stayed wet throughout our overnight stay so it was horrid going to the loo in barefeet over the wet floor. Felt disinclined to use shower again in the morning.

Hotel Alexis är ett fint o gosigt hotel med härliga ägare som gör det mesta för att gästerna ska trivas. God mat till rimliga priser. Ett mysigt ställe helt enkelt. Hjälpsamma om det skulle behövas hjälp o svarar lätt o obesvärat på frågor. Det är dock inget för rörelsehindrade. Hotellet ligger högt upp o det är backigt om du kommer från stan. Och ska du till stranden är det också väldigt jobbigt. 300m backar med sand o sten dit.

Warme ontvangst, men neemt de tijd voor je, uitleg van omgeving, prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, erg schoon. Na douchen is badkamervloer nat.

La gentillesse de Théo et sa cuisine qui sort de l'ordinaire ,vraiment excellente ! Ses employés charmants...... la salle de bain qui a toujours le même problème , malgré des rideaux de douche installés depuis ma dernière visite......De l'eau partout ! les couvertures pas très propres !

Das Alexis Hotel ist ein familiengeführtes Hotel.Das Personal tut alles damit sich die Gäste wohl fühlen.Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt.Die Busverbindungen sind klasse, man fährt knappe 10 Minuten bis in die Stadtmitte.Chania ist eine wunderschöne Stadt.Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder im Alexis Hotel wohnen.

Molto bello il ristorante e di ottima qualità sia per la cena che per la colazione. Meno belle le stanze, anche se pulite, davano un senso di sporcizia, soprattutto nel bagno con piastrelle mancanti e piatto doccia rotto.

Ci ha fatto una buonissima impressione Theo, il responsabile (titolare?), ma avendo soggiornato solo una notte, è un po' difficile poter dare un giudizio obiettivo sulla struttura.. Sicuramente il ristorante era molto carino ed aveva una bella vista! Vedi sopra, ma a prima vista niente di eclatante.

bella la posizione vicino a chania ma fuori dalla confusione con vista mare,gentilissimo il proprietario theo,wi-fi e computer disponibile per tutti,la pulizia e la colazione a buffet mancava il frigorifero in camera

Gentilezza e disponibilità piena di Theo che ha consentito il check-in anche dopo la mezzanotte (previo accordo). Ottimo rapporto qualità- prezzo. Parcheggio libero nella vie adiacenti.Colazione più che sufficiente. Stanza ampia e confortevole. Consigliabile. La struttura sorge in una via secondaria per cui è consigliabile dotarsi di navigatore. A qualche km dal centro di Chania comunque raggiungibile in pochi minuti.

The view from the balcony is very nice. A quiet place away from the traffic of Chania city centre. Nice restaurant overlooking the sea. We had a problem with the sink but it was repared quite quickly. Breakfast is quite good. Theo is helpful when you need info on the trips, public transport, etc. It happened quite often that there was no one at the reception and we had to look for the staff. Small room, very small bathroom and shower and not very comfortable overall. Air conditioning at an extra price. When when entered the room, the floor was still wet. No plastic bag in the litter. It seemed to us that much more importance and dedication were given to the restaurant rather than to the rooms.

Läget är bra. Inget mer Reception obemannad, toalett och dusch är halv byggda, myggor är en störnings moment hela natten. Ingen städning inga byten av handuker.
