Score from 242 reviews Excellent
There was a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The front desk staff spoke very good english and they were extremely helpful. The views are amazing, as the hotel is overlooking the water. The walk down the the town center isn't bad (as long as you don't mind steps and steep hills). I would deffinitely stay here again.
The view was great, staff was super friendly and helpful.
The room, the facilities are all top notch with one of the most affable hotel service stop.
I don't have a single negative word to say.
Wardrobe without shafes. TV with few channels. Breakfast simple.
Hospitality. Sophia is wonderful.
Staff - Sofia, was extremely friendly and helpful! Excellent service!
Great location and good value for the money.
It was cold in the room- unseasonably so, but I wished there was slippers for the floor, or that a heater had been provided. The path to Town is very steep and somewhat dangerous if you don't have good mobility. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the center.
The rooms were very clean, and the end was comfortable. Sofia was very helpful. It rained all week, but she tried to give me information on what to do around town despite this. This boutique hotel was very nice and well run. I had a great view from my balcony, and there was staff onsite 24/7.
room was cold.
Everything was great, staff and all. Only problem was room was cold.. we tried but could never heat it up. Otherwise would have been perfect. Shuttle, food, everything. Will visit again when it is warmer.
The staff were fantastic and our room was fabulous
A kettle in the room would've been nice.ll
The location was fantastic! Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Shuttle to and from the port/airport was a great bonus.
The hotel was amazing! Sofia, the receptionist, was the most amazing person ever. She made sure to give us all the best advice. She was truly amazing!
Once we rented ATV's (almost 100 yards from the hotel), we were able to the parking space in Mykonos town very easily from where the Hotel was located. Were able to park ATV's at hotel which was a big plus. Sophia was more than helpful with every need. Breakfast spread was nice, and nice views of the sea and town.
The hotel is located at uphill and you can enjoy the good view, it's not far too but you need to walk up hill when back from town. It's quite tiring.
Wonderful view from the hotel, enjoy the view of the mykonos town and sea while having breakfast every morning. The breakfast provided is nice too. Pickup service is very nice from port and to airport although is very early in the morning.
We loved everything about this family-run hotel, right form the entrance to the room and the view it presented. The hotel provides a free pick up and drop from the ferry. The staff is efficient, helpful and very courteous. The breakfast spread is great. The rooms are neat and clean. The front office is also very helpful in terms of information required and places to visit. They can also help you with the local transport in terms of bike or car rental. The town area is a 15 minute walk down.
Nothing...everything was wonderful.
Everything...especially the staff. This was our favorite hotel during our 2 weeks in Greece.
Location, a bit out of busy area.
Port / airport tranfer
We booked a twin bedded room with a mountain view, internet and patio. What they put us in was a room at the bottom of their building with no Internet, no patio, one double bed and a view of a wall. It was only because we bitterly complained that we got something a bit better. That should not be.
Did get picked up from the airport and delivered.
good value for the price good staff
The hotel room is large and rate is very reasonable. Ms. Sophia of the reception is very kind and helpful.
The terrace area of our mountain view room which, whilst spacious, had an unattractive aspect. Sea/pool view rooms are the answer, although more expensive.
The location, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff(Sophia in particular), the views from the public areas and the lovely breakfast spread.
Good location but no wi-if in room.
everything, the reception lady was very helpful and provide us a lots of information, recommended nice restaurant. They were very kind and gave help to pick up us from old port to new port due to our ferry was cancelled. I'll stay there again if I go to Mykonos next time.
The hotel is on the mountain so you need to walk down for food.
Great service and friendly staff. Big enough and super value your pay.
