I chose this hotel for my last night in Athens of my holiday. This was by far the worst hotel ever in my life. I booked a double bed room a month ago, but I got 4 beds dorm which was in poor and scary condition for me and my boyfriend without any pre-notice (the receptionist even didn't tell us first until we got the room). The receptionist talked back the hotel was fully booked that day and the guests like us staying only 1 night are getting the least beneficial room, but I should still feel glad about not being charged for any extra for 4 beds room which was absolutely outrageous to my ears! Later I found out that 4 beds were all very dirty and even a pillow had blood stain. |

Convenient to Athens City Centre and underground. Breakfast was very poor; a little more spent on breakfast contents would make the hotel more attractive for guests. |

location it's really good for the cityseeing, 2min to the Omnia Metro. but, your have to pay attention in the street and the square in front of the hotel. Drug dealers, addicts, etc....... be careful. |

I liked the hotel. The hotel is located in the center of the city. The metro is very close. There are a lot of cafe not far from the hotel. My room was very clean with a toilet and a shower, with tv set and the conditioner. There are computers and the free Internet in the hotel. Breakfast very poor. Only bread, jam tea and coffee. |

I liked the location, within walking distance of all the main attractions. Having read reviews the night before we left, I was a bit concerned. It was nothing like as bad an area as made out. Fantastic restaurant just round the corner(turn right and you are there!) The breakfast was a joke, really was a disaster. Full continental breakfast is not stale bread and margarine, or jam if you were lucky! |

The room was clean every day. Acceptable comfort. For Athens not expensive! Bad breakfast, we have to make the toasts, and that was the only thing available to eat, with butter... As usual in Greece there was no bathtub, only a small place to shower. |

Clean room (basic, but ok), towels changed everyday, air conditioning (without extra fees). Free internet access. The location: very close to the metro, perfect to get to the Pireo very early in the morning without making any change. Did not accept credit cards (said the machine broken... ). The location, Omonia square, is a sort of Dr Jekill/Mr Hyde: ok during the day, when coming back by night you might find drug dealers, but not everyday. However, the hotel is very close to the metro station and a main street, so it is a matter of just some metres. |

This is an excellent value for money hotel. We only paid 40 euros/night for a twin so weren't expecting much, but were very pleasantly surprised by what we got. The hotel location is great, just in the centre of Athens. Our bus was late so we arrived at 2am and the area wasn't dodgy at all - it was full of people with a discreet police presence that reassured us. The staff was helpful with the late check-in. The room was impeccably clean, extremely large, had everything we needed, and a great ac! Breakfast was a bit basic, but then again we were pleased to have something to eat and drink before setting off. What more can you ask for? I definitely recommend it for a short break, especiallu if you won't be spending much time inside your room. |

Air conditioning worked really well, clean room. Good location! Breakfast was only toast+marmalade+coffee. After a week I would've wanted a little more.. Old building on a little weird street (didn't want to hang out there in the evening). |

We tried also other hotels around Omonia Square and even though the conditions are not very good is better than many of the other ones. The breakfast contain also jam and butter, this is the definition of continental breakfast. Old building, old rooms. The staff not all the time polite. No fridge. Very small place for shower. Not very nice view outside. |

The hotel was inexpensive, basic and clean. The staff were efficient but not particularly friendly. As a place to crash for the night it is good although would not want to stay for more than one or two nights. |

At least, the room was clean and the AC worked. The reception was open 24/7. Omonia square is very dirty and unsafe place. After 9PM the streets were full of junkies and prostitutes, they druged few meetrs from the hotel. The street were full of needles, especially on weekends. We didint feel safe and had to come back to hotel at 8PM and do not go out after that. The guys on the reception didnt help us with anything, they didnt even know where the information office is. they do not accept credit cards ( we were told: the card machine doesnt work these days, but i do not believe it has ever worked), and the breakfast? old bread, margarin and jam, water, coffee. The water machine didnt work. For the price, i do not expect any luxury, but i want to feel safe, and here i didnt. Choose another part of town than Omonia. |
