Everything was perfect! Great place to relax and superb service!
Surprisingly good Friendly staff
Made to feel welcome and relaxed
Location: hotel far from the city you have to use your own car and far from the see
Big rooms good staff and good service
Not in the city, not clearly stated. Close from a plant, with potential fumes and smell. No real view, neither on the sea, nor on the citadel.
Not really possible to walk into town as suggested in the description; it is quite far and along a busy road without a footpath
Clean and comfortable room, good breakfast. Easy parking compared to other hotels in Naphlio, good wifi.
Can not think of anything at the moment.
Very friendly staff happy to help anytime, will recommend this great hotel to anyone, this is my second stay n have already booked another stay for next year to bring my partner with me.
House staff was very helpful and friendly. The house is very comfortable.
Surrounded with a beautiful garden. Very good location for travelers with car. Less than ten minutes drive to Nafplio and a convenient base to explore the antiquities of ancient Greek.
Location, service. All in all everything. And a boutell of red wine waiting for us thank you.
Food was not brilliant, although not terrible. If you are looking for a hotel with loads of character, this is not the place for you.
Same standard as many UK 4 star hotels we have stayed in. Very clean and quiet, with loads of space both in the room and communal areas. Beds OK, large ensuite bathroom with nice, big towels. Pool would have been great if the weather had been better - shame it wasn't heated! Location good for exploring Peloponnese but best if you have a car as about 5 mins drive from town which suited us.
Not a decent proper double bed! Only two single beds together which were inclined to come apart during the night
Excellent Staff and service, lovely swimming pool situated for easy access to all sorts of interesting places and beaches
Excellent hotel all round. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again.
The style is International business hotel so if you want a very Greek experience, look elsewhere. The out-of-town location means you will need to use a car or taxis.
This is a high quality hotel with quiet, modern and well-furnished rooms, comfortable lounge areas, attentive staff, a nice swimming pool where towels are provided, and good quality buffet-style meals.
Pool, breakfast, everything.
comfortable room. good breakfast. very helpful staff. beautiful hotel. good location.
Single beds joined together but a nasty gap emerges over night.
Lovely swimming pool. Really good breakfast. Every thing spotlessly clean. Staff very eager to please. Extras not over priced
That is so far away from the town to go walking
The small old town near by
Friendly and helpful staff Comfortable, spacious room with good view over the bay Quiet both inside and outside the hotel Large breakfast buffet Decent on-site parking
The cafeteria (or restaurant) is rather utilitarian and could be made more attractive.
We were delayed and arrived hungry and with our son, daughter-in-law and toddler. Although restaurant was strictly closed, they got food for us. Staff couldn't be more helpful. The hotel and grounds are very attractive.
No possibility to have breakfast and dinner outside in garden. Inside restaurant has no nice atmosphere, "cool" environment.
Nice room, good facilities
The air-condition in the room made a lot of noise. The room telephone was unplugged and I could fix it. I had to go to the reception and when somebody went to my room to fix the telephone he found the door open - in fact, it didn't close unless you pulled it really hard, which I hadn't.
Very helpful staff. Decoration and items in the room, which was prepared even with a bottle of red wine waiting for us. Their beautiful attrium and the hotel in general, as a building.
I felt upset with the fact that the management ignored our comments about the mess with the car parking... During the last night of our stay 10 cars were parked on 20 spaces... because it was convenient to them. We had to park at the fields outside the hotel. A manager next day gave us no answer and just turned his back and left after I complained during check out... The hotel's staff didn't seem very happy... The breakfast is typical with low cost ingredients, not at 4 star level. The bar was nice but with heavy carpets and dark, it doesn't fit to a sunny country... it was like I was in Wales or Scotland.
The views of Palamidi were great. We had requested rooms with view and it was really beautiful. Nice rooms, although with old furniture, at least they were in good condition and made our stay pleasant.
Distance from centre of town Spend a bit of money on taxis
Food buffet Welcoming gift Room size
The hotel Building was amazing Great Staff, Friendly clean, great value…Highly recommended
