* Excellent location in centre Athens close to major sights and restaurants; * Very friendly staff; * Great breakfast; * Comfortable modern clean rooms; * Opposite to Syntagma metro exit, so easy to reach from airport; * Roof terrace; * Opposite to great park. * The street is quite noisy during the day; nothing the hotel can do about that, but noticable even on the 5th floor. At night it is fine by the way.

Position of the hotel - couldn't ask for more - just perfect !!! The staff was friendly and welcoming and always helpful and with a smile. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast - very tasty (held us till dinner time). We'll go back again. Be aware of the switch "do not disturb" - ifyou leave it on by mistake -they will not clean the room untill you notify them (max 8:00 pm)

We (my 11 year old granddaughter and I) loved the location and the view from our balcony over the National Gardens. Almost all the sights we wanted to see in Athens were in walking distance. We also liked the breakfast at the hotel each morning.

Great central location near Syntagma Square, Plaka and the Acropolis. The breakfast buffet was fantastic! The room was comfortable but not fancy. Central location meant a bit of street noise but it was worth it.

- The location was great (though noisy when windows were open) and the staff was very helpful and friendly. - When shut, windows provided excellent noise isolation. - The airconditioner worked well. - Breakfast was excellent and at flexible hours (6.30 to 10.30 am). - The room was clean. - In reality, the room wasn't as good looking as in pictures on the website and was actually smaller. - It could be great if slippers for walking in the room were provided as well. - Although when making the reservation I specifically asked for two separate beds, upon arriving at the room, the beds were separate but put together, which required we moved them by ourselves.

The rooms (my room) had no heat and was very cold. I communicated that to the reception and nothing was done about it. Unfortunately, I won't be staying there again during cold times.

Location, location,location ! Lovely hotel, right in the centre of Athens. a minute away from Syntagma square, 5 minutes from Plaka and opposite the park. Spacious rooms, Staff is hospitable, clean and comfortable. The windows open only a crack causing the room to be hot while the air conditioning wasn't working yet. Also, while every bar and restaurant in Athens and even in the remote countryside have free wifi this hotel still insists on a fee of 5 euros per day for wifi.

The staff was polite and helpful, the room we were given was recently renovated, the room and the hotel in general was clean and the location of the hotel is excellent (next to Metro station so access to other locations was very easy, the hotel is located in the heart of Athens). No free Wi-Fi !!

Loved this hotel! Staff were brilliant! Location fantastic and train station across the road and shops near by. Breakfast was amazing, great variety of food. I will definitely revisit here again. Only minor issue I would say is that we would have liked to of had a kettle and coffee/tea in our room. Apart from that no other issues!
