The A/C worked which was about the only positive thing I have to say. I pre paid and was told by the landlord I would have 5euro per day discount but on receiving my bank statement I did not have such discount. The location was too far away and the shower was too too small. Cooking utensils of the cheepest quality. It definately did not reach my expectations. I would not choose to stay there again.

Ottima posizione. Proprietari accoglienti e disponibili a consigli disinteressati sulla permanenza sull'isola.camere pulite quotidianamente.ampi spazi comuni nel giardino per cene aperitivi o semplicemente per fare 2 chiacchiere. Camere molto piccole dove si può solo dormire.piccoli spazi della cucina.ascigamani cambiati ogni 3 giorni.

Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. giardino delizioso. posizione tranquilla un po fuori dal centro ma raggiungibile in 10minuti a piedi .cambio delle lenzuola giornaliero. pulizia buona. forse camera un po piccola essendo una quadrupla. nel complesso ottima soluzione vacanze!

I proprietari sono stati eccezionali, parlano inglese molto bene e ci hanno fatto sentire subito a nostro agio, consigliandoci durante tutto il periodo. Poi la posizione è perfetta. Si trova in una zona tranquilla, ma con soli 5 minuti di passeggio si raggiunge la via principale in centro. Le stanze sono confortevoli e ben arredate, con un piano cottura funzionale.

Staff cordiale. La sensazione è di essere ospiti "a casa" di conoscenti. Le stanze sono molto piccole (anche i bagni) e tutte assai vicine. Poca privacy.

We were very disappointed with our stay here and can’t understand why people gave it favourable reviews. The room was incredibly dirty so that if you dropped anything on the floor and picked it up it would be covered in dust and hairs. The same happened to your feet as soon as you stepped out of the shower! The electricity also shut off for between 5 and 20 minutes at least once a day. The ‘tips’ i.e. instructions pinned up all over the room telling you what you couldn’t/shouldn’t do were irritating! The safe did not work. There was no evidence of the free wifi advertised prior to our stay. Overall, very poor value for money. Later in our holiday we stayed elsewhere in Skiathos town and could not believe how much nicer it was for basically the same price!

i proprietari sono deliziosi, molto gentili. ti accolgono offrendoti un dolcino e ti spiegano cosa c'è da vedere sull'isola. sono disponibili per qualsiasi problema. davvero molto molto carini. lo studios è vicino al centro. la sera si può tranquillamente scendere a piedi. lo consiglio.

La posizione piuttosto vicina al centro, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi..il giardino è molto carino, I proprietari molto simpatici. Il rapporto qualità prezzo non è ottimale.. Confrontandoci con amici loro pagavamo almeno 10 euro a persona meno rispetto a amalthia e I servizi offerti erano equivalenti..noi eravamo in un monolocale in 4, gli spazi sono veramente ridotti, bagno piccolo terrazzini inutilizzabili per il caldo e il poco spazio.. La stanza era al piano superiore caldissima impossibile dormire senza aria condizionata.
