During my stay at Amarilia hotel I really enjoyed the very nice location of the hotel (literately next to a sandy beach that includes all possible facilities) as well as the unforgettable sea view from my room!!One of the most fashionable dinning and shopping areas of Athens (Glyfada) is easily accessible within 5 min. Great service and best value for money. I can only recommend it and willl definitely come back!!! |

Friendly and helpful staff, very nice room - like the photos in the site, good breakfast, near a beautiful beach Due to the distance of everything, you will need a cab to go to anywhere - we ended renting a car to explore the beaches and surroundings. |

Nice, quiet area. Helpful staff. Clean. Pleasant atmosphere Air conditioning was barely adequate. It was very hard to use the sea view balcony, for which we paid extra, due to the heat - there was no awning to shade the balcony from the sun. There were no coffee or tea making facilities, a surprising omission for a hotel of this class. The swimming pool was not pleasant to use as water so cold. |

Cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Close to the beach. There are few nice restaurants and bars nearby. The breakfast was poor, no variety and same everyday. The bathroom is too small. The room is also small, especially for three persons. One of the beds of the superior room was actually a small couch turned into a bed, which can fit only a child - very uncomfortable for an adult. The pool is small and surrounded by buildings. I would not classify it as a 4* hotel. Overpriced. |

rooms were very nice The area was run down. Did not feel safe walking the streets. Pool was boring in design for a 4 star hotel |

The lobby was ok, but once out of the elevator the tacky and old decor was simply unbelievable. Old carpets and endless horrid painting covered the corridor walls ... it was dreadful even before arriving into the room! The AC was older than any guest, barely worked and made horrid noise. The mattress, sheets etc were awful and the room itself would have been adequate for a budget hotel at 50bucks a night at most!! Not at almost 150! Lastly, doors of rooms slam very loudly through late hrs and early morning the cleaning lady is just non stop with the banging around. Save yourself a night of horrors, pay a bit more and stay elsewhere! |

The breakfast brunch was surprisingly good. There were many choices and the quality was good. The room was very spartan with only one desk chair. When we first walked in to the room we saw long dark hairs on the floor indicating that the room had not been properly vacuumed. |

Rooms were very clean. The staff were efficient and friendly. Good WiFi connection. Very nice swimming pool and poolside area. Good breakfast with a good variety of foods to choose from. The main problem is that it doesn't have the facilities expected of a 4 star hotel. No gym, restaurant (room service is available, but we didn't use it), or other activities other than the pool. The bar is not welcoming. In the rooms the beds are comfortable, but they skate around on floor alarmingly (our double bed was two singles pushed together) |

Polite hotel staff, close distance from the beach, very fast check in and check out. Very poor air condition facility, total absence of any shops in the neighborhood at least to buy daily necessities, beach was very dirty |

NIce location near beach and relatively closer to airport. Beautiful bathroom with relatively good sized rooms. Parking difficult if with car, air conditioner could be a little stronger. |

Balcony with nice sea view (beautiful sunsets). Free towels for visiting the beach. Free internet in the lobby (just one PC). Good sunshade door (keeps the room dark if necessary, even at daytime). Good and clean bathroom. Noisy, hard-blowing airco. Swimming pool is at the backside of the hotel and largely in the shadow (however the beach is very nearby). Beach is small and a bit dirty. |

Very close to the seaside and a couple of nice restaurants. Only spent a night there on my way back to UK, but general impression is positive. As expected, double standard room was not very large, but good enough for a short stay and had a lateral sea view. Value for money is excellent if you look for good location, friendly staff, and good breakfast. The Hotel is just in front of the luxury Divani Apolloni Hotel, while taxi to the airport costs approx 25 euro and takes 30 min on average. As said, the room was not particularly big, but was clean, functional and price was accordingly cheap. |
