Very nice and kind staff, excellent off-season for business travellers, free wi-fi and comfortable rooms.

Very small bathrooms and poor location. The bed and the flooring were very uncomfortable.

It was wedding on Friday and Saturday nights in hotel restaurant. It was difficult to sleep for us and especialy for our 3month old son. And staff couldn't help us with this issue. Just because of this, I do not recommend this hotel.

Size of room, bathroom, good breakfast, clean, personel

Too far away from down town (50 min by bus, 30 € by taxi), sounds from other rooms, safety box which could have been carried out of the room.

Clean modern hotel. Staff at reception very welcoming and helpful and bar and restaurant staff were also excellent. Good varied breakfast. We had a sea view room with views to die for. There is a nice pool area which is good to cool down when you've been out for the day.

Its not really a criticism of the hotel but there are no small bars and cafe's nearby, only the restaurants which as I have said are pricey.

Room was spartan at best, poorly furnished with the cheapest of fixtures and minimal furniture.

It was very clean, the staff were helpful and friendly.

The bathroom was very small and hotel did not provide shampoo.

Noise in hotel rooms

Hi! I love this hotel and all staff. They are truely really kind people and care about visitors as grandmother cares about children ) recommend to stay in this hotel if you come to Athens and whant to spend time in the countryside Regards

The rooms were very clean and soundproof. The beach is near, and the thermal lake (Vouliagmeni lake) is 3-5 drive away.

The breakfast was not what it should have been given the room price. There's no private parking at the hotel - only public parking in front of neighbouring Divani Hotel: some fee of EUR7/day is applicable there however there's noone to be paid for the parking. The WC/bathroom is very small, and it is very uncomfortable to move there inside (especially when you are assisting the child to take the shower). The matrasses were very soft - so might be the point for the guests having spinal problems. Information about hotel parking at booking.com website is incomplete.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Service was good enough and rooms were clean. There are cafes/small restaurants near the hotel so you can enjoy your meal near the sea.

Beach near the hotel was public and very dirty. Even private/paid beach near was not clean. We have to take bus and went to vouliagmeni beach which is 1 km far from hotel but is amazing, clean and comfortable beach. Service was good till the last day of our stay. When we went to take beach towels which were provided to us in previous days without any problem, lady (maybe from laundry) said that we can use them only for pool. She stated that creams remains in the towels and they have to throw them away then. That was strange to hear, because the same cream can be used for pool and it is not possible that it cannot be washed, otherwise no one will buy them and use with their own towels. This incident destroys really excellent impression that we have had from hotel staff and service before.

Our two teenagers loved the style of hotel, no fussy, frilly things & an empty fridge rates high, most hotels fill with the most over priced temptations!! They rated the breakfast very highly indeed. Free WiFi was an amazing added bonus. Over the road at the Divani we were paying a fortune!!! Sadly they had to leave you after 3 days & join us at the Divani, although more luxurious it wasn't their favourite -you were! Thank you

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff in a very well presented hotel.

Althought the location is brilliant as it is a 2 minutes from the beach... there is not a lot else in the area from a visitors point of view...

Amarilia is a nice and clean hotel, with good services, close to the sea, good breakfast and friendla staff. The rooms have AC and refrigerator, telephone and TV. Good balconies. It really depends very much on what side of the hotel the room is - the sunny part is rather hot. We had a nice stay and enjoyed the beach - 5 euro per person for the whole day (you can leave and come back, no problem) if you want to have a chezlong and umbrella. The sea is splendid. Just have some forcet water in the bottle if you want to wash off the salty sea water after swimming as there are no duches on the beach. The hotel provides towels for the beach free of charge. There is a nice pool at the hotel, but we didn't use it - we could not get enough of the sea. If you want to travel to Athens, you should know tha the bus E22 (the only one to Athens) comes every 40 minutes (be ready to wait) and it takes up to 50 minutes to get to Athens or vice versa.

If you are looking for deep tranquility - unfortunately this is not exactly the place. The hotel is quiet but the proximity of the street makes it a little noisy.

We were very happy to choose this hotel! The owner and all memebers of the staff are very very kind and helpful in every minute. The breakfast was good enough with quite a lot of choises. The hotel is clean and quiet. The situation of the hotel was good for us, a bit far from the most popular beach but this was a good opportunity to walk. We could go in to the city center easily by bus. There is good fish restaurant few meters far from the hotel. If we'll go back I would choose this hotel again. This is very good value compare to the price. But choose a room with wiev of the mer, this is wonderful. Many thanks once again for everyone there!

The beds are quite soft for our taste. There is no good isolation between the rooms. We're there with our little boy and we're disturbed by the neigbours during the night but the hotel staff found solution immediately!

Design and comfort of rooms, sea side view and proximity to the beach. Very nice breakfast and polite personnel at the reception and the restaurant.
