Very friendly and helpful.

Bed mattresses too hard

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. There were a small refrigerator and an air conditioner.

I stayed in 2 Greek hotels including this one, and neither of them had a microwave and a coffreemaker.

location of the hotel is near the airport, it takes only 10minutes to the airport. but the hotel is very far then down town. i think it is suitable if you have a plane early in the morning and you don't want to spend much time in the traffic.

the staff are unprofessional. they took my passport to copy it, then they forgot to return it back to me. i went to the airport in the early morning and i found that i don't have the passport, i called them in the hotel, they send it to me by an unkown taxi driver, and i payed the taxi !!!!!

Arrived late in Thessaloniki and wanted a hotel near the airport. Not as near as expected but much better than travellling into the city. We didn't hurry way the next day and enjoyed the breakfast and a dip in the pool. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We liked the pool area and the lounge where we could watch the European Cup on tv. We also enjoyed the magnificiant view of Thessaloniki especially at night.

Given that this is a four star hotel we expected to have a kettle in the room with complimentary coffee etc. Their was no facilities of tis kind and when you have travelled to the hotel it is good to be able to have a drink in the privacy of your own room.We found only one chair on the balcony and one glass in the bathroom despite the fact that this was a double room. THeir was a fridge in the room with bottles of water and soft drinks. We didnt know if this was the equivelant of a minibar or if these drinks where complimentary. It would have been helpful to have had an explanation in the room or a price list if this is approriate.We would have also liked a menu in the room so that we could look before we decide to eat dinner in the hotel.

We had to leave very early and could have breakfast one hour before the breakfast started.

Free big parking. Hotel staff makes you feel as at home. Pool is fantastic during spring/summer.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία με θέα ολόκληρη τη πόλη της Θεσσαλονίκης, πολύ κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο και στο εμπορικό κέντρο mediterranean cosmos. Ευχάριστο περιβάλλον, πολυ φιλικό προσωπικό, καταπληκτικός ο εξωτερικός χώρος της πισίνας. Ιδιαίτερα καλή εντύπωση μου έκανε το γεγονός οτι μου αναβάθμισαν το δωμάτιο χωρίς καμία επιπλέον χρέωση.

Wir brauchten ein Hotel, das nahe beim Flughafen liegt und trotzdem in angenehmer Distanz zum Hotel. Das Ambassador hat diese Ansprüche sehr gut erfüllt.Die Besitzer sind herzlich und hilfsbereit.Wir werden wieder dort übernachten, wenn wir auf der Durchreise in Thessaloniki sind und eine Nacht auf den Weiterflug warten müssen.

το ambassador, το εχω επιλέξει αρκετές φορές. είναι ενα πολύ ζεστό και φιλικό ξενοδοχείο, πάντα πολύ περιποιημένο και καθαρό, με άψογο service και ευγενέστατο προσωπικό.το δωματίο είναι πολύ άνετο και ευχάριστο. με εντυπωσίασε ιδιαίτερα ο χώρος της πισίνας και του εσωτερικού μπάρ με θέα όλη την πόλη. είναι ένας χώρος που θα ξαναεπισκεφτώ με την πρώτη ευκαιρία.

Flott hotell I gunstig prisklasse. Praktisk I forhold til flyplass, men ikke plaget av støy. Flott bassengområdet, og glimrende service da de ordnet med god mat til oss da vi ankom sent. Hotellet anbefales på det varmeste.
