Score from 321 reviews Very good
The 3-star superior hotel Astron is in the heart of the city, on the graphic harbor of Kos. It operates all year round and offers a spectacular view of the Medieval Castle.

Very friendly and helpful staff, everything you could wish for was there including tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom!
The hotel is a bit ouside of the centre of Kos (just a 10 min walk along the seafront) and therefore quiet. The owner and staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. The superior rooms are very big.
Fridge in the room was far too noisy and kept me awake.
Very good hotel. The room is very comfortable and cozy. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. The location is not center, center, but you can walk easily to the center.
If I have to say something bad, is that once the wi-fi was not working during the night.
Nice little hotel, well located only 2 minutes to the waterfront and 10 minutes walk to the center. Nice room, nice garden, friendly owner.
Great Staff Great breakfast Nice budget room with a spacious balcony.
Bit far away from port and city center
location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, close to the beach, restaurants, shopping center, historical agora. 5 minutes walk to the center and harbour.
The breakfast was very good with a wide choice of food, we had a lovely room and the staff were excellent and Chris (the owner) was so helpful. We would certainly recommend this hotel to any of our friends
We were given a very warm welcome, the room was perfect for our short stay & the breakfast was great. This hotel is small quiet & comfortable but within easy walk to the town. We would certainly return.
Nothing... All good!
we liked the Owner, the staff, the out door setting, [breakfast and evening drinks] the location. it was a perfect place to stay, and chill out. and just one block back from the beach and bars, perfect.
Staff is helpful and friendly. Location is great, very close to city center and seaside. Breakfast is delicious. And you should meet Lizzy; hotel's dog.
A strong smell of sewer was coming through the pipes which was untolerable. Also there was an open air cinema very close which can be quite noisy at nights. Wi-fi was very spotty. As a last note; because of a water cut-off around that area, there was no running water on our second morning. I know that water cut-off wasn't their fault but that size of an hotel should have maintain a water tank especially during summer times in my opinion.
Warm welcome Staff helpfulness & friendliness Cleanliness Non smoking rooms Great shower Breakfast Position of hotel & quietness of area although close to town centre
Nothing to dislike!!
All of it. Made to feel very welcome Chris is an excellent hostess and she very ably assisted by Kerry and Raya who keep the hotel spotless. Will return one of our best holidays!
Staff were excellent . Clean rooms, great bathrooms and breakfast was great.
Wifi kept cutting out. And there is no pool
Staff we're caring and efficient and helpful regarding local knowledge, nearby shops and transport. Breakfasts healthy and light.
Very nice people are waiting you there, the rooms are big and they have everything you will need for your vacations. Strongly suggested.
Friendly staff Clear room Nice location
very good location; Chris, the owner, is very friendly; breakfast is incredible! I will be there next year!
Unfortunately we only stayed here 2 nights, we would stay without question if we visited Kos again. In a quiet backstreet about 150m from seafront and 5 mins walk from Kos marina. We were welcomed after a late arrival by the lovely lady owner, (who robbed her own shopping to give us some "nibbles" with our late drink). Super sized and clean room and incredible shower.
Staff amazing friendly, no problem in speak english all over the island. Greek breakfast with the possibility to order Espresso! Close to the center of the town, everything is reachable by walking.
I stayed there only few days! :(
I've never been in a hotel that made me feel like family. It was a great experience. The room was exceptionally clean. The amenities were comparable to some 4 and 5 star hotels. The price was absurdly cheap. It's also walking distance to the center of Kos Town. I have literally no idea how I could have had a more pleasant experience.
A good chunk of the island lost power, but that's not the fault of the hotel.
Staff was excellent, very helpful, very kind, excellent communicators. The profile of other guests were very nice as well, everyone was very respectful especially in the sense of not disturbing (noise) others, which we sufferred seriously in other places that we stayed in other dodecanese islands. The breakfast was quite rich compared to the standard in the island, and delicious. Towels, bed sheets and rooms in overall are very clean. Peaceful, quite.
Wi-fi was a little problematic due to signal level in our room, but still OK.
The staff was very personable and friendly. They gave us great advice in terms of where to go, what to eat, and how to get there. Breakfast that they offer in the morning was great. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to get away for a few days!
Internet can be a little spotty, but that is a very minor problem for us because most tavernas have wifi connection, and we were on vacation so we didn't want to use the internet too often.
everything was perfect
