La piscine est petite quand même

Très bel hôtel, personnel très sympathique et aux petits soins pour les clients. endroit charmant et très propre. Les petits déjeuners sur la terasse couvert avec cue sur la mer nous font partir la journée du bon pied !

Awful location - wedged inbetween two very busy roads; facing the wrong side of the island, nowhere near the Caldera (It's about a 20 minute brisk walk!); tiny, poky dark room with a small, very public balcony facing the road! Expensive for what it was. The "pool" is little bigger than a spa-bath!

The hotel staff was very helpful. The location was good, however as this was my first trip to Santorini I thoughts that sea view means Caldera view. In practice the Caldera cannot be seen from the hotel, but the location was good - just a 5 min walk to the center of Fira.

Some more efforts could be put in diversifying the breakfast. As the hotel is located in a curve of the main road, it is quite noisy even though our visit was not during the high season. I am not sure I would stay in this hotel if I were to stay in Santorini for summer vacation, but for a sigh-seeing trip it was good value for money.

The room was large and spacious and had a good view of the back side of the Island. Internet was fast. Staff was nice and picked us up from the port on our arrival.

The hotel is located at the pinnacle of a "u" road so it was very noisy and was surrounded by traffic. It is also a significant distance from the main area of Fira and is a bit of an uphill walk to get anywhere. We stayed one night of our 3 night scheduled stay and moved to a nicer hotel with an actual view of the Caldera. When the hotel said it has a view of the sea, it does but it's only of the backside of the Island.

It was a clean and spacious room. Good location.

The shower is quite small and awkward to use.

The hotel is clean, cosy and neat especially the room. The room is romantic, spacious and thoughful with amenities. The receptions and waiting area are cosy with a PC for customer to use. The rooms are well layout for privacy and personal taste. It has excellent view of the Aegean sea at sundeck . You could watch the beautiful suntise from the sundeck. Breakfast area is good as it is on the sundeck. The glass partitions allow you to watch sunrise against the Aegean sea while having breakfast. There are many good and relevant materials at the waiting areas for the customers to discover Santorini. George the service manager at the reception is most hospitable and helpful to customers in providing total service experience such as pick up from airport, recommend plan for cost efficient tour of the island, arranging for car rental, make confirmation with tour agent, send customer to the bus stop in Tierra (town center) using personal car, make reservation for wonderful dinning and many others. george also gives helpful map/guide to walk from hotel to Tiera

Coming back from Tierra in the night,walking through the small, winding paths to the hotel can be quite tricky and confusing

Personal service: they offer free airport transfer, and the owner even personally drove me to a nearby town when he found out that I did not have alternative transportation

The hotel is about a 10 min walk to Fira's centre, but parts of the path were not well lit and thus may be difficult to navigate initially

De 5 hotéis que já fiquei em Santorini e de mais de 20 que já fiquei nas Ilhas Gregas, este foi o primeiro que só trouxe problemas para mim e todos que estavam junto: - Funcionário indelicado e mal educado; a piscina estava bem suja e é muito menor do que apresentada no site; café da manhã fraquíssimo; quartos com cheiro insuportável de esgoto; ralo do chuveiro entupido; acesso bem sinuoso e complicado; barulho a noite inteira na rua; wi-fi só funciona na recepção; camareira mal humorada, entra para arrumar o quarto muito cedo, mesmo com os hóspedes dentro; transfer de volta é cobrado (jamais vi isso em qualquer hotel nas ilhas!). Pior hotel que meus amigos e eu já ficamos.

Очень хороший отель, чистый, новый, персонал приветливый, кстати, говорят по английски и по-русски!!!! Завтрак просто супер! Очень удобно расположен, до центра 5 мин пешком. Шума дороги почти не слышно, т.к. стоят звукоизоляционные двери и окна, а те кто пишет, что шумно, пускай едут на необитаемый остров -там тихо!!! А некоторые придурки, хотят отель в центре и чтоб тишина гробовая была.Персонал очень дружелюбный. Отель предоставляет бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта или порта, очень удобно.
