La propreté de l'hôtel Durant notre séjour dans cet hôtel, nous avons rencontré énormément de points négatifs, à commencer par la situation de l'hôtel (cf leurs photos retouchées) qui n'est pas du tout celle à laquelle on peut s'attendre en regardant les images. Propreté des chambres, cordialité et efficacité de l'accueil, connection internet fiable, jacuzzi. Bus à 15mn à pied (l'hotel devrait fournir un plan d'accès à pied, au centre ville, aux bus, ... ). critiques mineures : chambre un peu petite, piscine très petite (semblant bien plus grande sur les photos), pas de bar (mais un frigo dans la chambre) |

Great hotel, albeit a bit smoky for our tastes (but all of Greece is). Could walk to Fira center easily. Room was nice and clean. We stayed in the 4 bed hotel and everyone fit comfortably. |

Excellent service. We arrived very late and they event sent a cab to pick us up. Everything was very good the only thing was the bathroom that has a very funny smell |

The hotel was very good for the price. The pool was good and it was only a short walk to the centre of Oia. The staff were very friendly and even came and picked us up when we couldn't find the hotel. Breakfast was not included in the price. There was not map for the hotel on the website so it was difficult to find the hotel when we got there. |

Pool is more a plunge pool than a swimming pool, it should say that in the webpage. The view is not what we expected from the explanations in the website. The hotel is to expensive for the services and accomodations they offer. |

New and morden sound proof hotel with friendly, helpful, and obliging owners. Breakfast room with a view. Position of hotel was very central. Our room was under the breakfast room and lack of ceiling acoustic insulation, all sound seem too loud. |

free internet access,quite close to the central fira the hotel manager was unfriendly and offered unfair local touring fee compared to the market price. The television was quite small. It's a pity that not every room has the view. It was not a very pleasant stay. |

Loved the location of Amerisa Suites. It is located just a short walk from the main hub of Fira, but is reasonably priced unlike some of the hotels in Fira. This is a fairly new hotel and George and Athenia were attentive to every detail. We throughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to others! |

The service is excellent. The owner kindly upgraded our 1x double bedroom and 1x triple bedroom to suite and it was totally amazing! I like the complimentary wine offered and placed nicely on the desk when you stepped into your room. The view was excellent. The room was lovely and well appointed. We were given an upgrade to a suite at no extra charge. The location right on the road is a bit noisy and the walk to town, while not very long, is mostly on the road. |

Nicely decorated, friendly staff, good breakfast. Roofterrace with a view, but not of the caldera. 10 min walk from Santorini town, however, its a bit of climb and you have to walk on the main road so not great with small children. Our room had only a window to the hall. Pool is really small, no bar or roomservice, although they did make us tea at night on request at no charge. |
