The location was very close to down town, however in Mykonos always good to have your own transport. Room was clean. Quiet hotel. Breakfast was till midday what was helpful. I haven't had a pleasant stay at this hotel! Firstly the rates were a lot more pricey then anyone has paid, I have only booked with few days in advance, however I felt they overcharged me, and considering the place facilities and service, I could easily have paid the same for a 5*. They say they are 3*, but I would consider this hotel as a bed and breakfast with a pool. No airport transfer, no safe-box in the room, you have to use one at reception. No wireless in the room. No room service, no bar. If you want food you have to order and get at reception. The cleaners have through away personal things, and I was very upset the way they handled it. One was a card I put for the energy lot as I needed my phone charged. They through it away, found it eventually. They through it away a bag with some food I have bought, saying it looked like rubbish, however was at side of my bed and not in the bin. Manager very rude and said would only refund 10 euros, plus I had to go and get the pieces myself. Overall I do not recommend this place if you used to good service and using hotel facilities. Plus, beware that what you paying there you can find a much better hotel, as I could compare with my other friends and people staying in Mykonos.

Front desk reception was fantastic, Services and facilities in room were poor, no hot water, windows did not lock, no channels on tv worked, the fridge was leaking - all problems were told to management but nothing was done about it.

Although breakfast is served from 07:30 until 12:00 I simply don't understand why they do not replace anything when they run out of items on the buffet. Once is gone its gone no matter what time.

The hotel staff was excellent..very polite and extremely helpfull.. the view of our room was very nice since we had a panoramic view of the town, the old port and the piscine of the hotel. although we didnt have a car there is a very spacious car park in front of the hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent! Although its quite its very near to buses and the heart of the town in a few meters. The hotel is located on a hill with a very steep road leading to it...not for elders or handicapped as they will not be able to walk up there ..its ok for the cars! The hotel although well maintained and clean needs a refusbishing as the rooms and the bathrooms reminds u of the 70's. I thik it was a little bit overpriced. Finally the breakfast was poor.. it could have more variety.

It's very near to Mykonos Town & Bus Station. Next to it, you can just rent atv for only eur25 per day. There's a shortcut to Mykonos Town throughout the little blue and white house buildings. Breakfast can be improved with more variety of buns/bakeries.

The staff was helpful, the breakfast excellent, and although it is up in a steep hill, the location was perfect. Very close to the town but far enough from the night craziness, just two blocks from the bus station and near the port. It is a little old...

The hotel was quite and at a very good location close to the town, bars and restaurants and transportation. The hotel is very old. The furniture in the room is old and not comfortable. You can heart very easilly your legs on the corner of the bed so you must be very careful. The matres also is very hard. Tv is very small and the device very old with the remote control not working at all. Bathroom is very small and the shower curtain sticks on you while you shower. They clean basically every day and do not change bed covers. There is wifi only at the reception and not in the rooms. The pool furniture is also very old and out of date. The gym facility is from the 80's and is dirty and dusty.

Nice folks, and staff. There was a well educated and smart girl who supported us a lot with friendly smile. The location and breakfast were acceptable. Don't trust pictures for the rooms. Also be aware about the rooms in basement. We have got a room which was awful. It was the worst room among all 3 stars hotel I have seen in my life (over 50!). Check about your room and it's location, view.

Location of the hotel is good only 5min walk to city centre. Breakfast was good although we were told to eat inside not outside and other people were allowed to eat by the pool outside. Had a little problem with staff waking me up at 3am and telling me to close my balcony door, when it was already closed. I cant understand why you would have to close the door, if you want to keep it open.

The hotel staff were very friendly.Room comfortable but very basic for the cost,,with air conditioning , small bar fridge & small tv with only commercial channels on same. Small clean bathroom. The room was cleaned daily & bed linen changed daily.Best aspect was my small balcony with a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea. (I think that is where the cost of room came from).Nice large outdoor pool cleaned daily.Breakfast very basic but adequate.

The staff are nice and really helpful. They provide useful info about Mykonos. They take care of me when I am sick during travelling. The restaurant are next to the pool side and well decorated. The hotel location is excellent and not far away to the bus stop.

My stay at this hotel was one of my most luxuriest and comfortable stays traveling the Greek Islands :0) The hotel is very welcoming on arrival and employees are multilingual which in fact made my stay that little bit more pleasurable. The hotel and rooms are very clean and comfortable with amazing views from the room balconies over looking the beach/bay/ocean. The rooms are luxurious with very comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms. The rooms are equiped with the basics such as aircon, decient size rooms and bathrooms, tv, phone etc. The Hotel facilities are at a high standard, perticullary the pool. The location is a difficult to get too by foot from the port as its up a very big and busy hill, but by cab a 5 min run from the main port. The hotel is only a five minute walk from Mykonos town which is filled with heaps of shops, restaurants, bars etc! Location, location, location 10/10! Wifi is free and can be accessed in your rooms if your on the first floor :0) Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend it to anyone.
