Anatolia Hotel    

It is a very beautiful hotel with a great food and spa service.

Free public parking at hotel, excellent breakfast, 5-10 min from centre, new and clean hotel

Ask for a room away from the main street to avoid traffic noise.

I would have wished for some more assistance from some of the staff in the reception. We asked for the direction to a specific location, and was not given much help.

Veoma ljubazno osoblje, higijena je jako dobra, sobe su besprekorno ciste, moderan i skoro nov hotel, lokacija takodje dobra. Preporucujem svakako.

We rented a suite which was very good. The room was very clean and very nice decorated. Two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower were top!

The matrasses of the beds were covered with a hard noisy plastic, not nice. Never had this experience. This was the only negative point of our stay! Please change this and the hotel is a 10 !

Stuff was very helpful and polite; food was enough; despite the cold weather outside, heating was very good

only 7 parking space in the front door but you can double park and leave the key at reception so no problem. You need to ask reception to give business wifi access otherwise its 128K (very slow)

The hotel was a short 10-15 minute walk or 5 euro cap ride from the sea and all of the nightlife. Staff was willing to spend time answering all of my questions.

The free internet was slow but workable. I prefer to stay in properties that offer free and fast internet. The hotel's neighborhood is only O.K. It seemed safe but a little rundown.

The access to the internet should be free. And they should serve more fruits in the breakfast

The free internet offered on the website refers to a 128k access, so slow that it is absoloutly useless. A usable internet access costs an extra fee, of 9 EUR/day. An unfair practice !!!

The staff was very extremely friendly and helpful.

Well, I know how helpful the staff is, because there were lots of things they had to help us with. Our first room was to the front of the hotel and extremely noisy. Not only that, but also the airconditioning was mouldy and as the consequence the room smelled foul. We couldn't really open the window because of the traffic noise. Behind the curtains the wallpaper came off the wall. The faucet in the bathroom was either spraying the room with water or only dribbling. After two nights we asked for a change of room. That was no problem, however, all rooms with a double bed are on the front side of the hotel. So we settled for a twin room in the back. Smelled much better and not so noisy, but lots of stains on the carpets and plastic covers on the bed. Not what you expect from a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was good and the staff remembered our coffee preferences after the first day. Perfect. However, there was very look music playing, hits from the 80's. On the third day we asked them to turn it down, and they did, but the next morning is was a disco yet again. Not really what you expect from a hotel were you pay 95 euros per night.

A luxury business hotel with all the amenities expected from this sort of establishments. The room service was fast, polite and of great quality and was reasonably priced.

The internet connection in the room was only by wire (i have an i-pad) adn it was not free.

The staff was extremely helpful.
