Hotel Andreas  

Friendly, helpfull hard working staff. Fantastic home cooked authentic Greek food. Great pool. Quiet location well placed for everthing the Island has to offer.

Hotel & location is great it would be wrong to find any fault.

Swimming pool, but the sea is near

Many: impossible to get reliable information from the staff (hourly buses, ships, possible strikes), impossible to get an adapter for the current Italian, bad continental breakfast, which was not possible to change, having booked with "booking" even if the price is the same other types of breakfast. The bedroom has twin beds and one must make their own beds, there is no hair dryer. I will return to Agistri, but will choose another hotel.

Very clean,well run hotel with excellent facilities,helpfull staff,an excellent rooftop taverna and a core clienel that return year after year.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Andreas in June 2011 and we loved it. Peaceful, quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Hotel, taverna and pool area are built in a cute design. Food, drinks and staff are excellent, you couldn't ask for any better. The roof-top dining area is a dream. No need to look for a different place to eat. The pool and pool area are spotless. The little sitting area outside our room was also great. And how can you not love a warm and friendly host like Andreas? We even got a complimentary ride down to the boat on the morning we left. The stay was worth every penny.

The beds were a little bit uncomfortable, and the studio has a stove but no pots and pans. There was also nothing to wash our dishes with. But on a island like this you don't spend much time in the room anyways. If it's the first time on the island the hotel wasn't that easy to find. There were no signs down by the main road. But the town is small enough you can ask anyone for directions and they'll tell you where it is.

The staff.Mr Andreas and his children who are really superb people. They are friendly , helpful and nice to talk to. They really made our stay meaningful and satisfied. We enjoyed our wonderful greek dinner there. Mr Andreas even bought us 2 glass of wine.The stay is always in our memory.

Nothing much but one small upset in the breakfast which was plain bread with butter but I think that is common breakfast in Europe compared to Asia whereby we eat heavily for breakfast.Nevertheless the hotel is the best stay in Greece.Thanks to Mr Andreas

Väldigt mysigt hotell med perfekt läge. Personalen var trevlig och servicen var över förväntningarna. Hotellets taverna serverade god, typisk grekisk mat uppe på takterassen med utsikt över ön och havet. Helt klart ett av de trevligaste hotellen vi kunde se på ön.

Veramente un ottima struttura, tranquilla , confortevole , molto pulita e con un clima familiare . Lo consigliamo vivamente e speriamo di tornarci presto. Andrea e jele genova

L'accueil, la gastronomie, la très grande disponibilité du personnel, l'agencement de l'hôtel et l'hygiène.

La literie, les petits déjeuners, l'absence d'activités (on s'ennuie rapidement car il n'y a rien à faire ni à l'hôtel ni sur l'île).

ένα τυπικό ξενοδοχείο. αρκετά καλό δωμάτιο. τίποτα το ιδιαίτερο βέβαια. το καλό είναι ότι δεν είναι πολύ ακριβό και έτσι κάπως ισορροπεί τα πράγματα!

Hotel Andreas er perfekt for barnefamilier som liker ro og oversikt. Beliggenheten er veldig bra og servicen var fantastisk. Bassenget var rent og avkjølende. Det var kort vei til alle fasiliteter i landsbyen. Stedet er bra for barnefamilier fordi det er en liten og oversiktlig by, men er man ute etter butikker og annet er ikke stedet riktig.

Het personeel is bijzonder aardig en behulpzaam, het zwembad heerlijk en het uitzicht prachtig. Faciliteiten prima voor een zachte prijs. We waren er in het voorseizoen (begin mei) en daardoor was het goedkoop en heerlijk rustig op het eiland. Hoogseizoen verwacht ik dat het allemaal wat drukker en voller is.

The hotel is small but very popular (it was full when we stayed with a lot of foreign visitors esp British!) and has good facilities for a place its size. There is a nice pool which seemed the main attraction for families, and there is a good taverna as well. It is a short walk to the beach, town,port etc but not right in the middle hence quiet at night. The owner is very charming and helpful, and the staff very nice if a little unsure about things eg how to use the internet etc. There is free internet too which was good for us to use for our small son.

This hotel had great ratings on reviews and was a little disappointing to start with, mainly as we booked a studio for a couple and small son needing a cot (less than 2) and it was very small, with hardly any cooking equipment, and on the first floor (hard with a pushchair!)...so we were quite crammed in to a small space. We did ask and were given more plates, forks etc. The studios really are only suitable for couples not wanting to cook a lot!! However there are bigger apartments available and perhaps we should have chosen one of those. Unfortunately no photos of the studios were on show on line for us to judge size.
