the staff at reception were very helpful. the location was close enough to old town to easily walk there in 10 minutes. the beach was 5 minutes walk. we paid very little for our room as it was the end of the season so the value for money was good however if I stayed here during high season I would have been disappointed. there was no shower curtain, and the drain could not handle a bath draining and flooded the floor. the room was initially fairly clean although there were dead Mosquitos and spots of blood on the walls and ceiling. the daily cleaning consisted of replacing the towels. |

Good facilities, great location and excellent value for money Staff not terribly helpful and yet again in Europe 2 individual beds for double! Would be good if hotels were honest about this as it's not great for couples! |

We stayed one night before catching the boat to Kos for a week and then one night after returning from Symi for a week, it was an exellent hotel for this purpose and brilliant for seeing Rhodes, rooms nice and airy and comfortable beds after being in basic accomodation in Symi!! The barman was hilarious!! Fawlty Towers came to mind! The pool could do with some shade but I dont think its the kind of place you would spend time in, we only used the pool for a swim morning and evening as it was very hot during the day, We will stay here again next year as a stop over hotel for 2 - 3 nights. |

Centrally located in the new town on a tree lined boulevard. A very stylist lobby area which wasn't quiet replicated in the rooms but very nice to have own kitchen facilities and separate lounge. We found the staff helpful and it was a massive plus to be able to use a private shower after check out time because we had a late return flight (you will welcome this after a day sightseeing or at the beach!). Free tea/coffee and biscuits for breaksfast until 1pm was a nice touch. It's a shame that the pool looked rather dirty - and especially the loungers by the pool. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because of the pool to cool off but it didn't look like it had been cleaned... |

conveniently located in the heart of the city centre, close to the old Town of Rhodes, to the shopping centre an to the bus station. Very large rooms and well organised. Firstly we have been given room 503, where the wall behind the beds was extremely wet and full of mould, and the air in the room was really stuffy and smelly. We asked to change room. The new room 01, was just behind the reception, you could even listen through the walls to the receptionist talking! Although the temperature was almost 30C, the hotel manager didn't allow as to use the air-conditioning because she claimed that after 1st of September they turn off the air-conditioning at the hotel. we've been given a small fan. The towels were all full of holes, and sometimes smelly. The swimming pool was really dirty. The remote control didn't work even when we changed the batteries. |

The staff at the reception was very helpful and friendly, especially the night receptionist was a wonderful person. We did not use it but the pool looked good. The location of the Hotel was excellent, very close to the old city and right at the center of new city. The complimentary coffee / orange juice and cakes are a great idea and were delicious. There were no shower curtains which made the floors wet no matter how hard you tried not to. The shower and the bath room was clearly visible through the AC ventilation shaft which can be a bit annoying while using the toilet or taking a shower. The fridge in the room did not work good enough, our drinks weren't nearly cold after 24 hours in the fridge. |

The location of the hotel was perfect for sight seeing in Rhodes Old Town and for getting the bus to other areas of the island. There was no shower curtain which made showering very difficult. The bath robes were torn and the sofa was very worn. |

Located on the seafront, close to the magnificent Medieval Old Town of Rhodes, Hotel Riviera is a great base for a holiday full of sea, sun, culture and nightlife. |
Just steps from Psaropoula Beach and a 5-minute walk from Rhodes’ old town, Parthenon Hotel offers beautiful sea views and a relaxing outdoor pool area, close to all the action. |
