Hotel Angela Suites & Lobby    

Locatie is uitstekend, ruim appartement met groot balkon. Goede bedden. Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel.

Als je het bad leeg liet lopen, kwam het waswater er in badkamer weer uit. De foto's laten een Spa omgeving zien, maar dat is waarschijnlijk heel lang geleden zo geweest. Achterstand in onderhoud

De beloofde kamers met balkon werden niet verstrekt maar leuk hotel met lieve mensen. Zeer goede centrale ligging.

Er werden in 1 week alleen handdoeken verstrekt en de bedden opgemaakt verder is er niet schoon gemaakt.

Ons appartement was de eerste nacht dubbel geboekt maar het werd prima opgelost. Verder was alles naar wens. Ruim, eenvoudig appartement met alle nodige voorzieningen. Gratis mini ontbijt in de lobby was leuk.

Op het moment dat wij er waren, waren er enkele gezinnen met kleine kinderen die het verblijf aan het zwembad tijdelijk onaangenaam maakten. Dat is niet de fout van het hotel.

De nieuwe voorgevel/terras ziet er goed uit en schept hoge verwachtingen. Bij binnenkomst blijkt dat alleen de voorgevel is aangepakt. Maar hotel is verder netjes. Ruime schone kamer. Wij zaten aan de zijkant en keken uit op een gebouw in aanbouw. Zwembad was prima, jammer dat er geen schaduwplekken waren. Wifi prima in openbare ruimte. Locatie is ook goed, dicht bij strand en de oude stad.

Centrale ligging in Rhodos stad, oude en nieuwe stad op loopafstand (winkels, restaurants, wasserette, toeristische hoogtepunten stad enz.). Prima appartement, ruim, goede zithoek, keukentje, tv (met weinig, griekse, zenders..), prima bedden, douche, airco inbegrepen in hotelprijs, redelijk formaat zwembad met fris helder water, altijd een schaduwplekje door omringende bebouwing. Uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Koffie en verrukkelijke chocoladecake extra service (zonder kosten). Prima, zeker aanbevolen!

Enigszins verbindingsproblemen met (gratis) Wifi van hotel. In lobby gaat dit prima. Verder alleen maar positief!

Klantvriendelijkheid van het personeel. Klachten en vragen werden snel opgelost en beantwoord. De ligging van het hotel was voor ons uitstekend: dichtbij strand, centrum en oude binnenstad. De kamer werd elke dag schoongemaakt, handdoeken gewisseld en soms de bedden opgemaakt. De verstrekking van jus d'orange, koffie/thee en cake in de ochtenduren vonden wij zeer klantvriendelijk.

Ondanks dat klachten direct adequaat werden opgelost, mag er meer aandacht geschonken worden aan het onderhoud. Bij ons werkten de sloten van de balkondeuren niet, de toevoer van het toiletresevoir sloot niet goed af waardoor water wegliep en om het half uur het reservoir bijgevuld werd met als gevolg geluidsoverlast met name in de nacht. In het appartement ontbraken bezem, stoffer en blik en een droogrek.

The toilet had a problem with the flush,and could not be fixed on the Saturday when we went to the room,as the engineer was off till Monday,so we were given another room,which had at some point a very bad water leak from the ceiling and had stained the wall badly,which did not look nice

This apartment was value for money - very spacious room with separate living room and large TV. Nice balcony to sit and have a wine on. Comfortable communal area out the front with good wifi (none in room itself). Clean. Small hairdryer. Cupboards to put clothes in. Didn't use cooking facilities but they were there if we wanted to use it. Can drink water out of tap. Stavros was an amazing staff member who was great to chat too. Really lovely restaurants around the area. Bus takes you close to the hotel from the airport and costs under €3 if you get off at Belvedere Hotel (7min walk with one luggage and handbag). You can also bargain the price for a taxi down to €15. The bar street is close by and Rhodes Town - which is beautiful, is close too.

Very spacious suites, well-equipped with catering facilities inc. kettle, toaster, mixer etc. Excellent off-season price.

suites a little bare - a few nice pictures/ornaments would cheer them up. Lack of regular maintenance has resulted in some shabby areas esp bathroom

The lobby area, location, friendly staff, spacious albeight spartan room. Great for families with kids that want to cook in the hotel enjoy the pool and are in a budget. Many large operators use this hotel wich points to be a safe place to stay.

Unwilling to postpone the reservation the day before to prevent a no show, we missed our flight, had to take a ferry instead and they would not accomodate. Other hotels here have for us. We checked in early though and they ended giving us a late check out too, so I guess it evens it out. The first room available for us smelled so bad of cigarretes that we had to ask for another one, the accomodated promplty. The second room had a couch with no back pillow ( missing completly), two light bulbs missing, the black out missing in the bedroom, the curtains partially falling in the living room, no ac controls, only on or off, no lock on windows,the bathtub was missing the lift knob to turn on the shower, all minor things, informed the front desk and nothing was done about any of the items, I changed the black out from the living to the room. Maids tide up a the bathroom a bit, never vaccumed or dusted the place in 3 days

we are booking this hotel for 1 night 75 euro , we think it o.k. but the room foe this hotel was very dairty, we was dispear.

The rooms were supposed to have been refurbished - ours certainly wasn't. We were under the impression that we were getting one bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet - we didn't only one bathroom which had seen better days and wasn't very clean. The rooms weren't very clean The doors didn't fit properly and had to be slammed they also rattled like made when the wind blew. It wasn't very well equipped in the kitchen ie knives, forks etc.

The locatıon was perfect. In cıty centre and wıthın walkıng dıstance for everythıng. Quıet area. Turn left out of Hotel and you have lots of restaurants and the beach. Turn rıght and you have coffee bars shops and the Old Town. Free coffee ,tea and cakes ın receptıon tıll 1pm were a bonus. Self caterıng apartments equiped enough for short stays. Value for money.

Balconıes were narrow not enough room for chairs to sıt out. No Uk tv channels but as we were out all day not a problem for us.

Convenient local. Very good price as was on sale.

Requested a NON-smoking room and was put in a smoking room. Floors were sopping wet when we arrived. Couch was stained/bleached and was in a questionable state. No shower curtain, so bathroom floor was always wet. Front Desk didn't explain how breakfast worked; not proactive service.

Perfect location in heart of Rhodes town, easy access to beaches, old town, etc. I liked the mellow atmosphere and tendancy of people to hang out in the lobby, which spills out onto the sidewalk. The large apartment style rooms were also nice though spartanly furnished. Pool is nice and large, laps are possible if you don't have too many people playing in it.

I think they could do much more with the lobby - I would recommend having someone full time manning the bar, at least from 5pm on, and encouraging people to buy drinks, etc. It was never really clear how to get drinks from the bar, though we finally figured out that if you asked someone from reception, they would go over to it and get you something. Air conditioning could have been stronger, but it was passable and it was very hot while we were there.

Upon check in we found the man checking us in extremely uninterested, not at all friendly. Our room was what can only be described as "soul less", very basic and felt that at any moment we would see a cockroach! Looked out from the balcony down onto a claustrophobic swimming pool with absolutely filthy foam cushions on the sun beds. AWFUL. Only two nights but could not wait to leave.

Tatty rooms, very poor bathroom with dirty bath surround,broken shower fitting, thin towels and some sockets not working. Beds hard.

It was a great Hotel to stay at. The staff was extremely helpful and friends and all needs were met. The location is excellent with the old town and the beach all at walking distance.

The rooms could have been cleaned more often and thoroughly during the stay but nothing that was unmanageable. Over all great value for your money.

the staff is very friendly and always ready to help you. Nearby the old city center and close to the beach, so perfect situation, the rooms are large enough and we had a good balcony with chairs and a small table perfect for the afternoon to enjoy and relax.

a little hic rooms are not really cleaned, but then again, there were only 2 ladies to serve breakfast, keeping the main pieces clean and taking care of the suites so, suites only changing of the towels.the person who was doing the night shift at reception had difficulties with English but on the other hand we do not speak Greek either so, no complains. the poolwater is not clean!!!! there is some adjusting to do there as a lot of people want to take a dive into the pool as well as kids!

Nice swimmingpool, beautiful lobby, close to the beach, old city and new city.
