In a historic building in the heart of Hydra, boutique hotel Angelica boasts charming accommodations with jacuzzi bathtubs or jet showers, and offers a courtyard with plunge pool-jacuzzi and sauna. Angelica’s romantic rooms retain a delightful note of old-fashioned charm and luxury. They are all air conditioned, and include satellite TV, safe and marbled bathroom with a complete set of Korres cosmetics. The grounds, offering a seating area with deck chairs and comfortable lounge chairs, is the ideal place for breakfast or just relaxing. Hotel Angelica is on the central road of the island, about 3 minutes from the port. A variety of water sports are available at the beach, 800 ft from the hotel. Hotel Rooms: 21

The Isalnd of Hydra is what I loved the best. The hotel was so overpriced that I am embarrassed that I spent the money when there were so many, many other quaint And affordable properties. There was no pool, it is a little 4 person above ground spa. The air conditioning shut down every time you left the room, so when you returned and were hot, you had to wait to cool off. The pillows were like lead. The free wifi shuts down every 15 minutes and you must reconnect. Yu get one bottle of water the first night. Don't go and throw away your money. No pool, false advising, just an above ground spa. And then they keep it covered. Wifi cuts off every 15 minutes. I guess they don't want you use it. Your electricity shuts off every time you leave the room so don't expect the room to be cool when you get back from beach or shopping. The hot water is boiling hot! My son and I burned our hands. The owners answer was to explain where hot and cold are located. Seriously? This is the most overpriced property. Hydra is filled with quant and delightful properties, I got duped! Don't you get duped, too! A welcome bottle of water, big deal. One Euro. I feel so stupid for thinking I booked something special for my last trip to Hydra. Pillows like Bricks. Sheets too small for beds! If this was a reasonable priced property, I would not be complaining.

It was beautiful, quiet, romantic and the perfect way to visit Hydra. The Korres amenities were just lovely! My only suggestion--wifi that doesn't require constant login. Will go back soon!!!!!

I sent the time relaxing on the Island of Hydra I think that the price I paid was a little steep considering no view of the Port. Hotel did not give a orientation of the property.

Nice sun deck connected to our room with nice sun beds and a huge umbrella. This was kind of a splurge for us. We needed one extra night on the island so I thought we should try this "Boutique Hotel". I guess it is just not our style. Everyone was so formal and uptight it was just uncomfortable.

Our stay at Angelica Hotel was a nice surprise - the hotel is located in the heart of Hydra, in a very quite area, just about 200mt from the port. The rooms are very comfortable, fully equipped, we had a huge balcony (finally I booked superior room not a standard ) and I also found all korres product - that I love !The owner was very kind and helpful.I Recommend this hotel for people that like to stay in a very nice place.

Nice spacious room and nice decor. The hotel seemed to be quite new, so facilities were good. Reasonable choice for breakfast. Bear in mind the hotel is not in the centre of town, so prepare for a short walk uphill, but this also means it is quiet at night - nowhere is very far in Idhra. The bed and pillows were very hard, but at least there was a soft pillow in the wardrobe, which helped, but really, the bed was uncomfortable. Also a little overpriced, but then Idhra is expensive

Small and nice hotel with good premises and very friendly staff. We spend actually 2 nights there. Our room was very quiet, all the appliances functioned well. It's only about 300 meters from the central bay, but in a town as small as Hydra this might seem like "remote" location:) good for fitness anyway - ate something in the city - need to walk :))

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The rooms were nice, with a jacuzzi bath in every room, although there wasn't quite enough hot water to make it worthwhile. The furniture was lovely, and there was a television. The toiletries and little touches were nice. The location was a bit further away from the harbour than I expected. The room could have been cleaner, as the floor was peeling away and kept sticking to my feet. We were given two twin beds pushed together rather than a double room, which I had booked.

The loacation was very close to the main town/port and in a quiet area. It was about a 3 minute walk into the main town. The room was very nice & clean and the bed was very comfortable. Both, the bathroom and the balcony were quite big (though there were no views). You can literally hear every single sound which occurs in the hallway and in the rooms directly next to you. It is a shame because the hotel is excellent otherwise. They also have an odd 11:30am checkout time.

Excellent design of the room. Also it was very clean. The owner was frienly. The room "themis" was very small, without balcony. It was like underground and the room view was the pavement outside. For Hydra island it was far away. No solar heater water. The photograph in the site didn` t depickt the reallity since the jakuzzi was too small.

We had two lovely bedrooms in fine old Hydra houses. The girls loved the cool jacuzzi and courtyard during the hot afternoons. Owners Stelios and Vangelis friendly and helpful.

The Breakfast, The Freddo Cappuccino, the Cooperation of the Hotel Stuff and Mr Stelios who was available 24/7 and ready to help, The tranquility of the area, The design, The Balcony and most of the rest. Small Stuff, such us The limited clearance above my bed with the roof, resulting in banging my head usually when up or dressing, The air condition position which was not cooling throughout the room, The wifi which was repeatedly requiring authentication.
