the location is good the hotel stuff is not friendly. we were told that the hotel can give us a free thansfer to the port, but later we know that it is only for the people who have breakfast at their hotel. we feel that we were cheated |

There were bed bugs in our room and we had to change rooms at 2.30am. the staff were apologetic however would not stay there ever again. Not only were they in the beds but they were crawling all over the walls. It was horrible. |

It was very close to the port. I stayed only 2 nights in transit to Santorini. It is the only decent hotel close to the port which has parking (essential for me). The hotel staff was friendly (they bought the ferry tickets for us in advance). The view of the room wasn't spectacular but It didn't matter for me as I was in transit. The rooms were very clean and recently refurbished. |

proximity to ferry, staff were very friendly very small rooms, no fridge and no kettle in room, bathroom door did not clip shut which was a problem with infant access |

Staff was efficient. Room was reasonably clean for a place clearly intended for individuals simply passing through. Pillows were like rocks. Evening staff was uninformed about internet use in rooms, but willing to allow those who needed web access to use the lobby computer. Breakfast hours were amazing, though we chose not to eat before disembarking on ferry. |

Very helpful staff who spoke English and were both efficient and willing to offer help, including taking us to the port to catch our ferry. The room was small and the washing/shower facilities basic but were fine for the short time we were staying. |

Hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. The cruises and guided tours would have been very easily taken care of. Unfortunaly we stayed there 1st of May, when everything is closed. |
