Rooms of exceptionally high standard and loads of space. Room descriptions are accurate on Annas hotel website, but not on booking.com. We did not have (or need) dishwasher or washing machine so this is not at all a negative for us, but if you are depending in it, check. Satellite tv hopeless in English. Again not a negative for us as we dont watch tv on holiday or expect to have English channels. Peaceful location. Easy walk to loads restaurants etc (10 mins approx on a flat road to start of town and loads then within 5 mins or so of that) unless you are disabled. There is a beach about 5 mins walk. We found that a bit crowded and for us, the reason for being in Georgioupolis is the very large wide and non crowded beach about 5 min drive away. But depends on your taste. The manager was very nice and relaxed. Pool is great, not crowded, and easy to get sunbeds without having to get up early. Air con very effective. No disturbance by housekeeping in the morning which was great.

Location on map in Booking.com beside Athena Hotel is nowhere near correct. Suggest contact owner for proper location.

A very nice hotel. Friendly staff and clean surroundings. Villa rooms are spacious and easy to stay with smaller kids. Easy to travel to various locations on northern coast of Crete as the National Road is close. Georgiopoli has nice tavernas and relatively good supermarkets. There is a boat "Sofia" in river bank and they offer very nice 6 hr cruices to the sea. Kids enjoyed it a lot.

An excellent Aparthotel. Just about the best location in the village, not in the thick of everything else but still only 300/400 metres from a beach. Mountains behind and on the road out to some serious hill walking. Yannis the owner and manager is an exceptionally nice and helpful guy. Everything is typically laid back Greek but equally so the standards are maintained to a high level.

Meget flott anlegg med nye og moderne leiligheter. Fantastisk frokost.

Vi følte oss ikke velidg velkommen av han som hadde ansvar for booking og innkvartering. Når vi skulle legg oss om kvelden, oppdaget vi små dyr/innsekter på sengene. De første som tok seg av det var heller ikke overstrømmende hyggelig. Det var derimot han som ble semdt for å flytte oss til en ny leilighet. Anlegget lå i god gangavstand fra selve byen, I mørket er det litt langt å gå langs vegen.

Très belle résidence avec piscine. Endroit agréable, propre et calme. Situation idéale à quelques centaine de mètres de Georgioupolis.

Dommage pour le prix que la chaîne Eurosport ne diffuse qu'en allemand... (C'était la période des jo). Il serait judicieux d'investir dans un abonnement cable qui permette de capter de satisfaire français, anglais...

Wir hatten ein Appartement im neuen Teil, auf der anderen Strassenseite des Hauptgebäudes. Die Einrichtungen waren sehr modern und komfortabel. Nebst einem Schafzimmer und einem Wohnzimmer, einem grosszügigen Bad und einer kleinen Küchenecke, verfügten wir über 2 grosszügige Balkone nach Osten und Westen ausgerichtet, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten.Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei, was bei grosser Hitze ein muss ist. Flatscreen mit internationalen Sendern sowie Gratis WiFi standen zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in Allem eine kleine, nette, familienfreundliche Hotelanlage.

Die Umgebungsarbeiten im neuen Teil waren noch nicht fertig. Es fehlte teilweise noch die Bepflanzung. Bei Nacht braucht man aus Sicherheitsgründen unbedingt eine Taschenlampe, wenn man zu Fuss unterwegs ist nach Georgioupolis, da die Strasse nicht beleuchtet ist.

Beligenhet til strand (300m), byen (450m). Personallet var vennlig og hjelpsomme og leiligheten vi var tildelt var romslig og rolig. God frokost servert på terassen. Godt inntrykk. Man kunne få dagligvarer levert fra byen supermarked til leiligheten, siden det var langt å bære tungt. Sykkel, mopeder eller biler kan leies fra byen.

De de-luxe leiligheter var mot veien hvor turistbussene stoppet og lokal traffikk var forstyrrende, særlig sent om kvelden. Man måtte tyde til ac for å holde temperaturen levelig siden det var kun vinduene på en vegg og ingen trekk. Tross et godt kjøkken med moderne ovn og kjøl/frys, noe utstyre var manglende (ikke en vin opptaker for eksempel)

L'établissement est tout neuf donc en bonnes conditions par rapport aux autres hôtels en Crète. La piscine est grande et agréable et l'endroit très reposant. Le personnel du petit déjeuner est très agréable.

Nous avons eu une chambre dans un bloc qui venait de sortir de terre. Lors que nous sommes rentrés la chambre n'était pas très propre (sol plain de poussière et toilettes sales!!!). Malheureusement cette chambre était très sombre, dommage pour le beau soleil cretois! La kitchenette est très légèrement équipée, il n'y a rien pour faire la vaisselle et les femmes de chambre ne rangent jamais le matériel utilisé. Visiblement la priorité pour les belles chambres dans le bloc principal est donnée aux clients des tours opérateurs. Le prix de la nuit est bien trop élevé car le standing est bon mais le service et l'équipement ne correspondent pas au tarifs appliqués. La ville de Georgioupolis est sans intérêt. Je travail dans un hôtel et j'ai essayé de laisser un commentaire objectif et utile.

Speciffication on www.booking.com for deluxe apartments is in-accurate - There is no washing machine or dishwasher Satelite TV signal very poor Apartment itself was very relaxing but view at back is onto half built property + At the front glorious mountains in the distance but untended scrubland in front Housekeeping poor - 3 times had to ask to toiletpaper and no cleaning on Sunday is package holiday standard not "deluxe"!
