The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. It is in a great location to the metro and close to all sites. It is a very noisy hotel - there is little sound proofing from the outside corridor and people coming in late or leaving early woke the entire floor up. This happened each night and morning I stayed there. Sound proofing from the outside street noises is excellent however. |

The price was low and the hotel was very central. The views from the top restaurant were great. The food at the restaurant was quite pricey and not that nice. It was unreasonably noisy, and my room was very dark. |

It was convenient and close to the Metro, and good value. The district seemed safe to walk around. Breakfast was reasonable. Hot water not always available. Longer shower curtains would be useful as the bathroom flooded. |

Nice and helpful front desk persons. We needed a parking stall and they ensured we had one. Room cleaning done properly. Metro station round the corner. Supermarket 100 metres away. Free Internet access. Room wireless. Decent breakfast buffet though repetitive. Good value for money if in Athens for sightseeing. Stay safe, keep an open mind if in Athens. Your hotel may be close to all sights on the map, but it is a good idea to use the metro in the evenings and avoid secondary streets, particularly in low-season. |

It's a convenient location away from the main crowds. The price is very good. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful in planning my tours around Athens. It was a bit noisy from the street. The hot water wasn't very hot and didn't last very long. The breakfast wasn't too great but I generally didn't eat at the hotel. |

Easy access to the metro station, Polite and helpful staff Staff were not knowladgable enough about all tourist and transportation information. There was not a good map availbale in the hotel. The "No Disturb" card was not available in the room. |

good location Extremely noisy. Room door does not block anything from neighbor's sound (talking, music, crying children, footsteps in the corridor and stairs). Uncomfortable bed. Small shower room. No 'do not disturb' card. At check-out, reception did not have 10euro back. Then she let me to go to kiosk for the exchange. Why didn't she go by herself? |

Great location close to all sights incl. Acropolis, Plaka,, tavernas, restaurants, shops. Lady in Reception excellent - got us best suite in hotel (home from home) very early morning and went to a lot of trouble to get us taxi to airport when all other forms of transport went on sudden strike. Clean, comfortable, affordable, great breakfast and massive view of Acropolis from rooftop bar. |

The swiss lady was friendly, two of our room has the view of the acropolis shower was very small for the room with balcony. Went back to the hotel to check for rooms available after few days around greece, but the male receptionist was very unfriendly |
