Not really a bad experience just annoying things that need attention. Room was great, but having a glass door on the toilet was a bit harassing, privacy was compromised, if I was young it would have been ok I expect.
Worst problem was the smell that wafted around one when sitting around the poolside or even when we were on our balcony, this needs definitely sorting as it was a strong sewage smell.
One other small point was that it seemed almost impossible to get a hot cup of coffee/tea in the hotel, and one had to ask for milk, the norm was Evaporated milk. EH!
Being waited on the majority of the time was great, but when the hotel got busy this diminished a little, but this luxury was excellent even thought we did not use all the facilities in the hotel.
The quiet location was good but not at its best, this was due to Greeks using the long straight road outside the hotel as a race track, cars and bikes without exhausts (I think) tearing up and down the road during the day, but it did go peaceful at night.
Rooms were clean and sheets changed daily, all staff were very attentive most of the time.
Food was excellent.
