Large room, generous spacious public spaces (bar, lounges etc), big pool. Nice breakfast buffet
Restaurant only served buffet dinner, no a la carte. Room furnishings a bit dated
Nice place and staff very good location Nice area
*Friendly & helpful staff!!!! *Plenty of comfortably places to lounge *Foot massage jets in the wellness spa for a weary traveler *Great ocean view *Private balcony
*2 twin beds pushed together for a couple is not fun :( but that's everywhere, not just this hotel.
Spa was a great and the girl on duty very helpful Rooms spacious and kept clean towels and sheets changed daily Great location
Nothing would highly recommend this hotel
It was a very clean room quite and had a fantastic sea view. Breakfast buffet was ok
The Internet was so poor that I couldn't connect if yo my phone or iPad I got a message insecure net eirk
We like the food especially dinner. Lots of space to relax. View from the seafront rooms are beautiful. The Hotel manager was very kind and helpful.
The reception staff are very slow to give you their attention. Phone calls from our room to local landlines are very expensive. Outdoor swimming pool is not heated. There needs to be lots more attention to Hotel maintenance.
Beds were comfy Rooms were spacious
Arrived at 2am - reception was not the friendliest. Elevators did not work - had to use the service elevators, after being told to carry our suitcases up the stairs. The hotel corridors stank of sewrage Hotel advertises that it's 10 minutes from the airport - more like 30 minutes!
Spacious room with balcony overlooking the beach, a bit quiet except for the noise of cicadas and room next door; amenities such as hammam (sauna) , jacuzzi and indoor pool, has a nearby mini-market and a few restaurants and pizzeria in the area; beach at the back of the hotel is clean (just try to find an area with less sea urchins and slippery sea pebbles/stones covered with algae. It has a mini cooler for drinks. Breakfast is ok if you are not fussy
Far from bus station (somewhere in Rafina and not walkable unless you want to sweat); taxi is the most convenient way to get to the airport charging you £35 from 5am to 11pm and €50 from 12am to until 4am. Curtain is tatty and double bed is actually two single beds pushed together. No provision for tea or coffee neither a kettle to boil some water should you fancy a drink in a day. Inconvenient of you want to visit Athens city (Metro run from Acropolis to the station next to Pallini then you have to take a taxi which will cost you roughly €20).
The sea view only
Breakfast quality was bad, location was very poor it takes 30 min by taxi and cost you 35€.by bus it takes more than one hour. There is no body to help you for transferring the baggage you have to do it by your self They told that there is a free wi fi but the quality was sooooo poor
Good facilities, good choice of breakfast.
Staff were not very friendly, particularly reception staff. Hotel noisy at night!! Lots if banging and machinery type noises!
Staff was very friendly and we were given a spacious room with a great balcony. Location is good as it is close to the airport and the wellness area was nice on a windy day when we couldn't use the outdoor pool. It's not a fancy, luxurious hotel but good value for money.
You definitely need a car if you want to go sightseeing into the city centre. Closest train/metro station is 30 min and it isn't easy to find parking. Quality of the breakfast is ok but not great, coffee in fact was horrible which is a shame because at the bar on the ground floor it was very good. Should definitely invest in a better machine!
Location was really good and 25 minuite drive to Airport. Pool was good and fantastic sea views.
Food was luke warm !. Our room (101) did have a balcony but had industrial blowers beneath it making it smelly and really noisy - impossible to leave door open. Would of been nice to of had tea/coffee making facility in room.
Wellness spa/indoor pool Outdoor pool Barbecue buffet dinner Good wifi connection Location near Athens
Small and rocky beach area
The night staff were great. The room was clean air conditioned. Great nights sleep before a long haul flight.
The taxi driver found it hard to find.
Lovely view of the sea. Great food which was not pricey. Staff held our large pieces of luggage while we traveled to the islands in between our stays at the hotel.
Sketchy Internet service. Beds on the hard side.
The hotel was located close to the Port of Rafina. The staff was friendly abs the restaurant served delicious food at a reasonable price. The staff held our luggage while we ventured to the Greek islands.
My only complaints were the internet that was weak and the beds were hard.
Great hotel, very clean with great views of the sea. Choice of lovely outdoor pool, or the sea with small beach. Very good breakfast with lots of choice, something for everyone. Loved the wellness centre with fitness centre, spa pool, jacuzzi, and steam room.
Hard to find nice restaurants to eat locally, had to travel quite far in the car to eat. Fitness suite not open until 12, annoying for those of us who like to start our day with some exercise.
The pool seemed nice. The brunch was decent. We did not use the spa - it might be lovely.
The room (family room) was not available upon arrival. What's more, our bathroom was covered in small dead flies and a pile of saw dust. The room was generally not in great conditions and, while the staff quickly remedied the situation, there was no real apology or effort to improve the situation. There was also broken glass at the entrance to our room.
Dreadful attitude of reception staff. Totally disinterested and miserable-every single one of them. Ridiculously loud dance music blasting out of cheap and tinny speakers at the pool area-from 11.00am, ALL DAY. Absolutely apalling.
We liked that it was an excellent hotel for the price. Our only regret is that we were not able to spend more time there. We needed a hotel close to the airport and this was very nice and relatively close.
That we were not able to stay longer.
Out-of-the-way location for most travelers (not near the Metro), and breakfast was not tasty.
The staff went above and beyond for me. I left a jacket at a nearby restaurant. They retrieved the jacket and sent it back to me in California. We only stayed one night as we were leaving Greece and needed a place near the airport. Quiet beach community.
Hotel restaurant lacks atmosphere. A bit corporate.
Genuine friendliness and advice from staff
Greece islands have troubles with water supply and electricity. This is no reflection on the hotel. It's an infrastructure thing.
Had to make telephone calls - hotel charges were very high at 1 euro per minute.
