Aquamarina Hotel  

Quiet, away from the rat-race. Easy parking, friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't do enough to help when we needed to leave at 5.30 a.m. on our final morning!

Unable to use spa pool as it closed at 8 p.m. Location was too far from Athens for a short stay.

Difficult to reach from Port or Airport as no buses. Could not swim in the sea from hotel as area around Hotel was shallow full of sea eurchin and rubble, out door pool colder than sea. Breakfast was not great cooked food cold. No where to go from hotel without a car.

The hotel was very well laid out with beautiful views of the sea. Having arrived mid-September (ie slightly after peak season) the hotel staff were only too willing to offer us a fantastic sea-view room when we arrived. Staff were very friendly. It felt very easy to relax during our four-day stay.

2 things: 1) The breakfast that is included when you stay is quite poor. I felt the hotel was trying to offer its guests a very cheap breakfast deal - frankly I would rather the hotel raises prices by a couple of Euros and offer a decent breakfast package than leave guests with the impression that Aquamarina do not value their clientel. 2) when I had to pay for my hotel room and extras the bill was only written in Greek. I would prefer to see Greek and English as understanding (and possibly disputing) my bill was impossible.

It is supposed to be close to the airport, however the acess is so bad that would be better to stay near to pireaus and get a bus to the airport. The breakfest was quite ok.

The hotel is quite dirty, the location is really bad, and the acess to the AirPort is really bad. The whole hotel is bad, and worthless to pay 80euros a day, when u can get much better hotels near to Pereaus or the center.

The buffet food was not refreshed so when we ate later in the evening the food was dry and unappealing. The same occurred in the morning at the breakfast. The management were rude and dismissive about a price discrepancy and I found this offensive. In the end this was sorted but I was left feeling very unhappy as this is not the way to treat guests in a foreign country.

This hotel is being advertised as close to the airport and it is not. This is false advertising. I had to pay almost 100 euros for the taxis just to get there and back to there airport. Definitely, it was not in my plan.

Good hotel facilities - nice swimming pool and facilities around, a very nice view from the balcony. Good coffee for Greek standards.

In the village - a very limited offer in restaurants - menus for tourists nothing to do with real Greek cuisine. So it is better to stay in the hotel...

First, this hotel was extremely overpriced for level of service and accomodations. I have travelled all over the world and have an excellent base of comparison. The level of service and simple professionalism did not come close to meeting the stanadrard for the price being offered. Second, my room was not ready at 1:30 pm in the afternoon.

Very nice hotel .amazing sea vew and very nice spa.also the services and clean it was excellent.

Free use of the spa facilities which are basic but quite nice. Breakfast is great.

A bit overpriced in my opinion. Also, this is not a city break hotel. City center is far away and you definitely need a car to get around.

Great location , good sized comfortable rooms.

The wellness centre is excellent but only opens from 12.00 - 20.00. I am sure that many guests like myself may wish to use the centre before 12.00...check out time!I Mentioned this to the female receptionist and she was dismissive and rather short with me.Maybe such limited opening hours suits the hotel but how about its paying guests?
