The hotel is a very well run and very friendly family hotel. Lovely people and the room cleaning was excellent. The hotel is well located in the centre of Chania and perfect for a lazy relaxing holiday.

Friendly staff, fast wi-fi, superb location.

Breakfast was good, and as expected - but to truly make the hotel unique, offer random items at breakfast. Hotels underestimate the value and experience an interesting and unique breakfast leaves wIth theIr patrons. Breakfast is what separates the memorable from the ordinary.

Breakfast was not particularly good. Parking was difficult although we luckily got a parking space on the correct side of the street.

The location is great. We went to the Samaria Gorge at the morning. It was earlier than the breakfast time. But the staff told us they will served us at that time. So nice.

I really appreciated the staff at the hotel. The old lady at reception wasn't very good in english, but good enough to explain us everything we needed to know, including the best places in Chania to visit. In the morning they started breakfast 20 minutes earlier so we could have a bite before we needed to catch the bus - we really appreciated it at lot. The rooms are basic but decent and clean. Not a lot of streetnoise.

If you're looking for luxury, this is not for you. But for packpackers who need a night or two, this is good.

Everything was OK

The staff was very friendly,helpful, and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and satisfied with our room. The breakfast buffet was very good and included many local pastries, cheese, and olives plus fresh fruit and Greek yogurt.

Nothing! We were very satisfied with our stay at the hotel.

The hotel was very hotel located. The room was spacious, we got a double deluxe with a huge balcony. The air conditioned worked really so the room was always fresh.

The shower wasn't very good. Not a lot of water coming from it.

The location is great. The staff is very nice. The room is clean. Breakfast is also very good.

FYI: it takes for the hot water to get warm at least 5 minutes.

This is a really nice hotel, the staff is helpful and friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast was fine too. The location is great, just a short walk to the old town. Parking could be a problem.

I took the ferry from Athens to Chania, which arrived at 6:30 in the morning. We arrived in the hotel by about 7:00 in the morning or so. The owners were very welcoming, held our bags, and offered breakfast. A room was available by 10:00 A.M. The room was spectacular for a small, family owned hotel. Checkout was easy. The owner was very knowledgeable about Chania and Crete, and had helpful suggestions on where to go. Also, the air conditioning worked very well, which is sometimes not the case in some of the small hotels.

The breakfast is not typical for what an American traveler is used to (no bacon or scrambled eggs), but that's not a fault of the hotel, since an American breakfast is just not common in Europe. All the food was tasty and fresh, and the coffee was strong and hot.

The staff was reaaallly nice, the rooms were really clean, and its not far from the bus station, so you can easily move amongst beaches, then, its also close to the city center.

The hotel staff (it is family owned) were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is very good.It is in the center of Chania, five minute walk to the old harbor. Breakfast was good.We will definitely stay in this hotel in our next visit to Chania.

The shower was a bit small. Since the hotel is in the center of the city, finding a free parking space is a bit difficult. But there are several private parking places with fair prices.

Manos and his family are so friendly and helpfull and this makes the stay to be enjoyable.

The staff was very helpul and friendly, the hotel was very easy to find. I recommend it to everyone who comes to Chania.

The street was a little noisy at night because motorbike is the main transportation in Chania. But with the windows closed, it was OK.

Location, location and location

Overpriced and because we had to leave before 08:00 we didn't get the breakfast that was included. Noisy airconditioner.

The staff there are really friendly, very cost effective hotel ..in terms of the price u paid ,u cant find anything to complain , I would choose the same hotel if I come to Crete again .

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though we arrived at 7 A.M. because of the ferry we could take a room. They cleaned the room daily and changed the towels. Good value for money.

In the room we stayed the shower was to small. If you stay longer than the breakfast variety is not that good.

Narrow bathroom

Small family run hotel. Very convenient as it is close to the bus station and at a walking distance from the old center. The breakfast is great, and can be advanced if you go early to the samaria gorges. Staff was great! Rooms were clean.
