Very nice cosy rooms, especially bathroom! Nice location - 10 minutes walking from metro station Victoria. Nice stylish design of reception. Bad sound proofing, during the night you can hear elevator opening and closing the doors, and also sounds of neighbours washout!

The Staff was very friendly ... location was ok. First the way they stated their WiFi service in the hotel website and in Booking.com is deceiving ... they have wifi only in the receiption floor ....Breakfast quality was poor ....

Great hotel. The room was stylish, of adequate size and well furnished, with a good firm bed, heating and aircon. The location is good, 2-4 metro stops from the best sights. Our 6th floor room had a fabulous terrace (bigger than the room) with views up to Lycabettus Hill, table, chairs and sunloungers. The public areas were small, but again stylish and welcoming. Breakfast buffet was better than average, the Greek yoghurt wonderful. The staff were English speaking and proactively helpful without being pushy: we left our guidebook at home, but really didn't need it thanks to their help. The coffee at breakfast was disappointing (not nasty, just weak) - aimed at us rather than European customers? Also the Orange drink - not I think juice, though there were ripe oranges on the trees in the street. No plug for the whirlpool bath (we didn't complain at the time, so maybe that could have been fixed).

Friendly staff. They suggested us very well about restaurants, place where get some drinks, etc.The room was very nice: modern and perfectly equipped. Breakfast was good too: good variety of food. The location was the thing I didn't like about the hotel. I mean it's very centric, in 20 minutes walking your are in the city center, but the area is full of junkies (in general I found Athens full of this kind of people). They are not dangerous and I walked on the street during the night without any problem, but I didn't feel 100% comfortable.

We felt welcome, the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was possible to store the luggage, also in the related hotel a for Athens on our leaving day, which was very comfortable for us.

This hotel was really good, the staff were really friendly and the hotel rooms were really smart and clean, the hotel looks like it has just had a refurbish and they have done a really good job. The breakfast was a standard continental but just enough for what you need.

Very nice hotel, very good location (5minutes from Victoria station) and very helpful staff. Breakfast was ok, and would have liked however the girl to be more inviting and smiling. Also the greek yogurt on one day was all consumed by 8:30 am and there was little initiative from her to put more at the buffet or to apologise. It is however a very nice hotel and would recommend it by all means.

Actually, the hotel didn't give us the room we booked. The first night, we were moved to another hotel and the second night, the hotel had to give us a suite rather than a double-room which made us feel quite satisfied. The room is clean, large and very-well decorated. And they still give us the same price. The breakfast is also very good. The staff is very helpful and help us a lot in the day of strike. Not very convenient traffic.

This hotel has the best service we have experienced so far in our lives. People who work there are really nice, kind and social. They helped us to know hidden places in Athens, as well as they gave us very good suggestions about our one-day-trips. We had the feeling as if we were staying at some friends' place, instead of a hotel. The decoration of the hotel is very chic and modern. Breakfast is delicious, with a special mention to the natural and ecologic greek yogurt which is served every morning. The room was very clean and quiet. We had a great terrace with beautiful views to Licabeto. The location is close to the center. We recommend to everybody who wants to visit Athens to stay in this hotel!!

Very hospitable hotel staff. Clean room, has a bathroom. The location is a little bit far from the main sights, but is located near Victoria metro station. The breakfast is mainly consists of flour meals.
