Hotellihuone oli viihtyisä, siisti ja sopivan kokoinen. Parvekkeelle olisimme kaivanneet tuoleja. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällinen ja palvelualtis. Hotellin ympäristö oli hieman epämääräinen, mutta mitenkään pelottava se ei iltaisinkaan kuitenkaan ollut. Kokemus sinänsä! Lähellä sijaitsevalta Viktorian metroasemalta pääsi kätevästi haluamiinsa paikkoihin. Suosittelen! Aamupala oli muuten hyvä, mutta olisimme kaivanneet leikkelepöytään esimerkiksi kasviksia kuten tomaattia tai kurkkua. |

Hotelli oli erittäin siisti kaikin puolin ja hyvin laadukkaasti ja modernisti sisustettu, myös huone. Henkilökunta avulias. Liikenneyhteydet hyvät. Ympäristö ei ollut mukavan ja turvallisen tuntuinen. Epäsiisti. (Mutta tästä olin jo lukenut asiakasarvioinnissa.) |

Ilmapiiri: mutkaton, asiallinen, ei tunkeilevan aktiivinen, vaan avulias tarvitessasi neuvoja. Vaikka lapsia ei näkynyt, voisin kuvitella majoittuvani tänne jopa pientenkin lastenlasten kanssa. Valintaan vaikutti myös monin tavoin hyvä sijainti. Pieniä "epäkohtia": Jääkaappi suljetussa pienessä kaapissa! Itse jääkaapin ulkopinta kuuma, pakastelokero umpijäässä. Keittolevyt ja tiskiallas, eikä yhtään astiaa, ei edes vesikattilaa! |

Hyvä henk.kunta, riittävän rauhallinen, siisti Palveluvalikoimassa voisi olla Gym ja internettiin pääsy respasta myös muuten kuin langattomasti. |

The hotel staff is very helpful and they gave me a lot of tips and information about the city, they were all very nice. The rooms are comfortable, clean and with new furniture. The breakfast is very good and the hotel is in a good location, not so far from the metro station. |

Free internet (wireless only in the lobby). Location is central but, the neighbourhood is not very pleasent at night for solo female travelers. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The noise of traffic at night. The neighbourhood at night is not female friendly (full of poor immigrants). |

Clean, new furniture and very modern and comforting style, very very frienly staff - assisted us in great guidance on the city. Always wellcomed us with a smile. Would definately want to visit this hotel again! Breakfast was a bit poor, safe in the room was not mounted (thereby useless) |

The hotel was very clean and stylish. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. A strange offering including slices of ham & cheese and dry croissant with more ham & cheese. A fruit salad would have been great! |

We travelled around Europe and this hotel was one of the best and was one of the cheapest! Excellent and informative staff. Clean rooms and quiet area. Close to metro and easy access to tourist areas. Free internet was convienent. The shower needs a hook to hold the shower head. |
