Location, location, location... Curtains too thin, bathroom less lights, a/c behind the curtains, bed could have been bigger in size. |

Super place to stay in Fira. Location is fantastic and plenty of room. A quiet place in the centre of town. Htel staff go out of their way to make you feel special.. |

Fantastic location,- an oasis of calm in the middle of Fira! Excellent breakfasts, and the mansion itself felt like you were staying at someones home, rather than a hotel. The welcome drink upon the arrival too was a nice touch, too. neighbors loud next door (staying in the traditinal apartments below) - rooms not that sound proof |

The staff was always extremely helpful and friendly. Wonderful and sweet location. Everything nice and clean. Site is located in the centre of Fira but still really quiet. A place to relax. |

L'hôtel est une magnifique demeure cycladique entièrement rénovée avec jardin et terrasses. Il est situé au coeur des ruelles commerçantes et animées de Fira... très pratique pour rejoindre à pied n'importe quelle partie de la ville et également pour se rendre dans les villages avoisinants (Firostefani, Imerovigli, ...). L'accueil est excellent et chaleureux et le personnel très disponible. |

La maison est magnifique, plutôt bien située dans Fira, terrasse agréable le matin. Le bruit dans le couloir le matin: à cause de la reception (telephone etc) et des autres occupants de l'hotel. |

la atencion del hotel es pesima. No tienen personal, lugar de estacionamiento, cuando llegamos nos dijeron que la ultima noche tenian que cambiarnos de hotel porque se habian equivocado, al final nos cambiaron de habitacion. La primer noche me tuve que bañar con agua fria. Pedir que nos pongan un velador. Resumen pesimo y carisimo |

El edificio donde está ubicado es precioso. Nuestra habitación era espectacular y estaba en el centro de thira. La atención buenísima y mucho cuidado con los detalles; recibimiento y explicación de la historia del edificio con un vino típico, desayuno en distintos lugares del hotel, regalo de guias de la isla, etc. Un poquito caro para estar muchos días. Las vistas no son tan buenas como pone, ya que no dan a la famosa caldera sino al otro lado de la isla. |

Es un hotel muy bonito, y está justo en el centro Si el último día no podía creerme lo que nos contaba la chica de recepción, le pedimos un taxi para ir al aeropuerto "que está a 3 km. y nos pidió 30 euros por el desplazamiento, según ella porque ibamos sólos, cual nuestra sorpresa cuando viene otra pareja, su maleta se la pusieron en la baca y también les pidió 30 euros. Cuando un taxi normal nos cobraría 15 euros por todo, en otros hoteles nos llevaron gratis. hay hoteles con mucho mejores vistas |
