The staff was always extremely helpful and friendly. Wonderful and sweet location. Everything nice and clean. Site is located in the centre of Fira but still really quiet. A place to relax. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the Fira location was convenient. The hotel, an updated former mansion, was very charming. The view is not that spectacular since the hotel is not at the edge of the cliff and is surrounded by other buildings. I would have preferred a view that shows more of the sea and volcano. |

It was a quiet hotel, with friendly staff and generally good service. A perfect place to escape from the world. I had to ask for the bed linen to be changed on one day. |

The staff are very professional and work hard to please their clients. We loved the proximity of the hotel to everything we wanted to see in downtown Fira, the suggestions made by Ana the manager, and the handling of the overbooking issue. For the question about the usefulness of the reviews, there are not any displayed yet. |
