We like all hotel staffs. They are very kind and helpful. Breakfast is quite various and healthy.

The bathtub has a small crack.

Lovely place with lovely people! It's amazing to stay with Aria for our honey moon. Beautiful view and quite location, but only less than 10 mins walk to shopping and food. Breakfast at our own balcony with ocean view is one of my favorite. ps. they sweet decoration for our room definitely make a huge plus to our honey moon. Thank you so much, Aria Suites!!

Everything. First of all, I was happy to find that the pictures are accurate of the hotel (which I find it rare). The hotel is located close enough to Fira that the walk into town is short but is far enough away that there are no crowds or noise. The pool has a great view, as did our suite (Norma). The thing that really made this hotel special was the staff. They were the nicest, friendliest, most helpful people I've ever encountered traveling. They gave us a bottle of wine upon arrival, provided a free breakfast on our patio and even provided us access to a "complimentary room" where there was two small beds and a bathroom with shower after check out because our flight wasn't until 11pm. They insisted on carrying our luggage everywhere it needed to go, called the airlines to double check our flights were on time and, most importantly, always had a smile on their faces. I was thoroughly impressed and would definitely stay again if I'm ever back in Santorini.

Stunning rooms, excellent location and incredibly helpful staff. The La Beheme suite was really amazing. Would not hesitate to go back or recommend the hotel to friends & family.

1.Location - in quiet area but very close to main street and local bars,restaurants,shops including Carrefour 2.Hotel itself: beautiful, traditional cycladic architecture, the suit was big,comfortable and clean; free wi fi and laptop ( if you don't have your own one ); breakfast well presented and tasty - served in the room or private tarrace; fantastic view on caldera from the room and swimming pool 3.Service - all staff very polite,nice,friendly and very helpful - can't be better

Great location, quiet yet close to all the action, great service, relaxation, private, perfect views, excellent place to stay!

We were only there for only one night. We arrived at 4 pm and our plane departed the next day at 7 pm. Demetria, the lovely warm and helpful hotel manager, arranged for us to have another room to store our luggage, shower and change after 12pm check-out, so that we could enjoy the hotel for the full day before departing! We loved the hotel and the amazing view of the caldera so much that we spent the entire day relaxing by the hotel pool. We didn't want to leave!!! I've never stayed anywhere else that was so accommodating. We had the Norma suite, which had 2 bedrooms with queen beds. As we were traveling with our adult children, our daughter took the 2nd room, and they made the living room sofa into a bed for a our son.

I loved everything about this small intimate boutique hotel! The location is the best in Santorini, as is the view. It is is in walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and night life, but is is quiet and tranquil. The staff is outstanding. My one and only recommendation is to soften the extra firm mattresses with a pillow top to make them more comfortable and luxurious. The hotel was expensive but totally worth the Euros! I give it 5 plus stars!!

This was a wonderful experience for us. As we arrived on the first day of the season opening we were lucky to be upgraded. We cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Aria Suites. Absolutely nothing was a problem. We would recommend this accomodation.

ホテルから見える景色はイメージ通りで大変素晴らしい。 スタッフは皆フレンドリー・勤勉で好印象。部屋は清潔で使い易い。 シーサイドだが、吹いてくる風は湿気もなく爽やかで気持ちが良い。 伝統的なホテルが崖にたっているのに対し、こちらは町の入り口から少し入ったところにあるが、ショッピング- エリアからは200m足らずであり、アクセス・眺望には何の問題もない。寧ろ崖の方にあるホテルはロバの臭- いが残り、神経質な人は気になるかもしれない。 と、いうことで、全てにおいて満足でき、少々高いホテル代を払っても十分に納得感のあるホテルです。

είναι ένα υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο.. αποπνέει μια αίσθηση ηρεμίας, που ακόμα και για το ελάχιστο της διαμονής μας, μας επέτρεψε να ξεκουραστούμε και να απολαύσουμε το περιβάλλον. η θέα από μπαλκόνι μας ήταν εκπληκτική, η σουίτα μας πολύ καθαρή, το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και ιδιαίτερα πρόθυμο, αλλά ένα από τα πράγματα που ξεχωρίζει είναι η προθυμία για εξυπηρέτηση ακόμα και μετά το check out, όταν μεσαλαβούν αρκετές ώρες μέχρι την αναχώρηση. πραγματικά έκαναν ότι ήταν εφικτό για να μας μείνουν αυτές οι διακοπές αξέχαστες. και όταν φεύγεις σου μένει η αίσθηση ότι θα τους ξαναδεις σε λίγο.. πραγματικά φιλόξενοι άνθρωποι.

παρ' ότι το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό και η διαμονή μας πολύ καλή το μόνο ίσως που θα χρειαζόταν βελτίωση σε ένα κατά τα άλλα υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο ήταν το στρώμα.. θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο μαλακό ή να βελτιωθεί με ένα επίστρωμα. όσο για τον τρόπο μεταφοράς από και προς το λιμάνι δεν σε προδιαθέτει σωστά για την ποιότητα του ξενοδοχείου.

Os funcionários são bem educados, estão sempre dispostos a ajudar, falam inglês e a gerente fala além de inglês um bom espanhol. O hotel é muito aconchegante e esta há 3 minutos caminhando das principais atrações do centro de Thira (restaurantes, lojas, bares etc.)
