Clean, spacious rooms and really friendly, helpful staff. Nice quiet location but still close enough to the centre of town. If you're staying for more than overnight, you'll want to think about hiring a car, especially off-season.

Excellent value, at least in the off-season. Good staff, decent breakfast, good WiFi, comfortable beds, hot shower with good water pressure. I travelled during the strikes and walked from the airport as I could not find a taxi. Also walked to the port as I waited too long for the bus to town and was not sure if it was running! So the location is good enough, though I'd recommend using transportation if it's available as it is a long walk, especially to the port. The hotel is not in the town center, but there are buses nearby (as long as there are no strikes). I stayed in two different rooms - one older, with a balcony, and one renovated room with no balcony. The renovated room was pretty and had a flat-screen TV. The older room had a tiny old TV and stained old carpet, but was much larger. Both were very comfortable. The lobby and bar have been nicely renovated. I suspect that this hotel is the best value in Corfu town, because the "fancier" casino hotels looked quite run down and I am sure they are much pricier. I don't think there is a real luxury option in Corfu Town.

It's outside of the center of town, so there are no restaurants in the vicinity; at least, they are not open in the off-season. However it's only a 10-minute walk to town, so it's not a big deal (unless you are sick and it's raining!). And there is a small market a few minutes' walk from the hotel. There are also buses to town. The beach near the hotel isn't really ideal for swimming, but I suppose it's a matter of preference. I wouldn't swim anywhere in Corfu town, but I saw lots of people swimming, even in November.

Breakfast it's just horrible.

I liked the location which gave me a chance to get some exercise walking into Corfu Town. It was clean and well decorated and quite comfortable.

I thought the breakfast were very dreary and the same everyday.

Very friendly staff

The staff were friendly, although their English was somewhat limited. The hotel is handily placed on the outskirts of Corfu Town and the price we paid was exceptional for what is a decent 3 star

The price was very good for the length of our stay. The 1st and 2nd floor were newly constructed, the rest of the hotel wasn't. It was a clean hotel.

For one or two stays breakfast was ok, but longer time breakfast, it will lack variety. Although, the hotel was non-smoking, the manager was walking around and smoking all the time and it we could smell it upstairs. Hotel staff were not friendly and were unhelpful. The bar was closed, it never opened. Hotel staff over used the excuse that it was not season anymore.

very adequate standard of accommodation - withing walking distance of city and airport. We had 12 hours to fill and this was a good temporary base for 40 euro. A decent room with tv and balcony and no need for taxis to town or airport unless you have a lot of baggage.

The room was good for the price. It was clean & comfortable in a reasonable location.

The staff were not particularly friendly. WiFi did not work, but was advertised as freely available, so could not use the Internet.

Good location, spacious and clean room with small balcony. Good and friendly staff. Good value for money. The hotel is about 20min. walk from the city centre.

Good friendly service. Clean and tidy. Well presented. Short walk from the sea front and a 20 minute walk to the main town along the sea front.

It is 30 minutes walk from Corfu Town. The walk is pleasant around the bay but some people may not like this distance. The location can be mitigated eg buses and taxis, pick ups from hotels for days out, lots of local restaurants

Sad to say for this trip I only used Arion as an overnight stopover on the way to Kefalonia. Got to say is location for my trip was spot on for me being only 10 minutes walk from the airport and maybe 20 minutes to the town/ferry port. Nice location in relation to the town in any respect.Lovely room, Good breakfast, Friendly staff, what more could you ask for?

Location was good, staff were helpful.

Television selection of stations was poor (language) and the reception was not too good either.

The Hotel was renovated and very clean. The beach Mon Repo was just steps from the Hotel; it was good and free of charge for Arion Hotel guests.

The breakfast could be better.

Nice modern hotel, very convenient for the airport, town and local beach. Recommend it and will stay again when next in Corfu..

Bar only open for 4hours in the evening!

We stayed there last year, we stayed there this year. We refered it to our daughter and her family. We stayed there back in the 1970's when it had another name. What else can I say.

Parking is tough, so thats a problem in Corfu Town. Not the hotels problem.

Good situation and clean hotel.

The staff were very cheerful and helpful The room was kept very clean, although a little basic Buffet breakfast was very good Only a ten minute local bus ride away from the bustling centre and within easy few minutes walk from beach and promenade

Unfortunately our balcony was in the middle of a U shape and was overlooked on all sides. It also was overlooking the roof of the reception and the local houses so it was not pleasant to sit out at all. Easily remedied by a request for a different room next time we stay there
