Toilet very uncomfortable, light switches is almost a puzzle,shower like a toy, no fruit no wine offering in the room for a €550/night room, lacked shower gel for the entire stay. Bungalow very ordinary .

Food was not wonderful at some places. Laterna 37 was overpriced and not good. I think it was prepared elsewhere and reheated. The Thai dinner at the Westin was not terrific and we were very disappointed as we love Thai food. Matsuhira was absolutely wonderful. Delicious and service was very good. Hotel shops were disappointing, little selection and overpriced.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times this year. The staff are very professional especially the reception staff! The location and view is amazing. I think it is better to stay here than in the city hotels. They organised an impromptu business meeting for me in one of there meeting rooms, short notice but very well prepared. All those attending the meeting were very impressed. Well done and congratulations to all the staff. I will definitely return soon.

They were understaffed.. No service at the beach.... One day the staff were on strike and I couldn't order room service for my children.. But after some hesitation they made an accept ion just for the kids..

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located on a beautiful semi- island. Nice restaurants are on the hotel territory (including Nobu) and nearby (10 min walking). The nearest town Glifada with many shops is 10- 15 min by taxi.

There were nosy construction works to prepare for the high season. There was no Internet in the rooms. Wi-fi in the hotel lobby was almost impossible to use (hard to connect, low speed). Complimentary water in the room wasn't delivered every day.

There were no Internet access in the room.

We actually were notified less than 8 hours before our stay at Arion that we had to stay at their sister hotel the Westin before our trip. With that being said this review is about the Westin but the customer service during and before our stay was horrible, however the bellmen and food service staff was phenomenal! I wouldn't say eat at the restraint unless the female chef is working she is excellent however the male chef cooks worse than someone at military defac would cook. Lastly for what we paid we were shocked to see the quality received very poor!

La vue, le restaurant japonais le Nobu, le cadre et l'environnement. Le calme.

Personnel peu aimable dans l'ensemble. Draps de lit et linges de salle de bains tachés (photo à l'appui). Service non à la hauteur d'un 5* Spa froid, piscine+spa+hammam: mosaïques déliquescentes. Portier peu soucieux de son travail. Pas de matelas ou coussin sur les meubles de terrasse. La cinquième, voir la quatrième, étoile sont en train de tomber...

Красивая и большая территория. Отличное месторасположение. Большие и комфортные номера. Интернет в номере бесплатный. Хороший СПА центр. Рядом с небольшой стоянкой для яхт. Озеро в таковой доступности. Вкусные завтраки. Красивый вид из окон любых номеров!

Не дотягивает до отеля класса люкс. Дорогие напитки в баре. СПА центр-тоже дорого!

в целом соответствует своей категории. идеальное место для деловых людей, близко от города и аэропорта.

интернет предоставляют за дополнительную плату, это шокирует в 5-и звёздочной гостинице. в 21-ом веке в европе это нонсенс. Таверна работает до 17-30 в период жары в летнее время, можно было бы позаботиться о прохладе. Некоторые услуги дорогие, к примеру массаж - 120 евро, при том, что за хороший массаж есть желание дать доп. чаевые.

Struttura di eccellente qualità, con piscina con affascinante vista sul mare e possibilità di accedere alla piscina più grande dell'adiacente Astir. Teli mare/piscina sempre disponibili in quantità illimitata. Ampia spiaggia privata attrezzata. Personale molto cortese. Ricca colazione. Vicinissima al centro di Atene. Zona piena di vita e di ristoranti.

ζητήσαμε να γίνει κράτηση σε κάποιο από τα εστιατόρια του συγκροτήματος αλλά ήταν fully booked. θα περίμενε κάποιος από τέτοιου επιπέδου ξενοδοχείο να προταθούν κάποιες εναλλακτικές, αλλά δεν…..
