Aristi mountain resort is a wonderful hotel! The staff, the rooms, the facilities - it all makes for a wonderful stay. the dinner is excellent. the entire staff are helpful regarding things to do, walks, nature trails, restaurants, whatever you need or want. you will not regret staying there, and it is a great place from which to explore and enjoy the Zagorochoria area,

stupid small things which do not really count - the bathroom was a bit dark, and for me, the bed could have been less soft.

The staff and and the management team was excellent. The room (suite) was spacious and clean. Also the SPA facillities was very clean.

the location was at the perfect spot ,the staff where listen to complains and try to solve on the minute ,the pool was the place to relax and comfort

First of all, the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff starting with the manager, Dmitris, and including his assistants, waiters etc; everybody! The hotel made us feel like royalty, the rooms are wonderful and the view is amazing.The staff also provided us with good advice about hiking and other activities in the area. It was not surprising that in an off-peak period when other establishments were closed or almost empty, Aristi Mountain Resort was bustling! The perfect vacation!

Nothing was bad. However, the level of the food was not nearly as good as everything else. The breakfasts was good and plentiful, the dinners just fair to good.

Location was excellent with a small village very close by, the food was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful Hotel in a wonderful location.

We liked this hotel a lot, and highly recommend it! This is one of the two best hotels we stayed in Greece. (Hilton Athens was the other one, with better hardware, but we feel the warmth from Aristi Mountain Resort staff are much much more hearty.) + extremely warm, caring, and helpful staff makes one feel at home + nice restaurant, cheerful waiters and good chef + spacious bathroom with Korres toiletries and good towel + excellent value for money + easy access to the rafting hub

Nothting that we dislike about the hotel itself, but one would absolutely need a car and good driver to reach this spot and go around the area due to the narrow and winding roads in the mountain.

The breakfast is very very poor.we execpt more than old bread...when we asked for cacao for our children,because they don't drink coffee yet, they charged us for extra 7 euro...

We really enjoyed spending one night at this facility.

We had a fantastic stay at Aristi Mountain resort. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, the food is great and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. We travelled as a family of 5 (with two teenagers and a child) and we all had a very enjoyable time there. There is plenty to do in the area (walking, rafting, ...). We hope to be able to go back there soon !

Everything. The staff were so extremely nice and helpful. The food was excellent. The resort was beautifully designed to fit in with local buildings but with modern comforts. It would be hard to find a better setting anywhere in the world, the views are marvellous and it's bliss to be able to eat outdoors so high in the mountains. We'd definitely visit again if in this fascinating area where there is lots to interset.Nightingales made very nice neighbours.
