Wifi availability in the room (AP per floor), good signal. Clean room, comfortable bed. Good A/C. Decent TV and a small fridge Breakfast included in the low price
Elevator is too smal for more than one person. The area, albeit close to Athen's center, is not very well maintained. My room overlooked to the back of the hotel and the view was quite poor.
Reception lady very nice, clean place, good location near athens center
Matress too hard, kichten stuff rude, you can hear other guests in your room
The price was good
Simple hotel in an okay spot
Comfortable beds, friendly staff, good location and very clean
Cheap, good location, 24/7 front desk.
Clean rooms and linens Pleasant staff Air con in good repair Balconies on rooms Doesn't require you to leave the key when you go out
Key slot for electricity was coming away from the wall Shower tap partially broken, sink plug missing, evac fan non-functioning Omonia is not the best neighbourhood, although not terrible
-walking distance from some points of interest -complimentary breakfast -good A/C -bang for buck
-small room -minor electrical problems
Hotel has nothing major to offer but it has clean rooms, helpful and polite staff and central location. Perfect for those travelling on a low budget or for a short stay in Athens
Close (500 m) to Omonia metro. Very friendly staff. Clean.
Breakfast was really basic and not using local products. The network is a bit slow.
The Aristoteles hotel is a budget accommodation, with a really high value for your money. There are no frills, but all the necessities are there, the service is good and it is 5 mins to the nearest metro. I would recommended it to budget travelers.
The area surrounding the hotel is run down, and there are some prostitutes and junkies about. None of which bothered us though, not during the day or at night. But if you are not accustomed to these types of area's in large cities you should be care full.
I'm a avid business and leisure traveller in Europe and Asia, also a tech geeky and have high standards to evaluating facilities. I like the hotel with hot water, good receptionist, recently renovated budget basic rooms and 2 elevator. Good for budget travelers, search for alternatives near public transportation (not including taxi). All taxi drivers know how to get there from Syntagma Square (after shuttle bus from airport).
WIFI is slow. Toilet clogs. TV broken (placed on top of cupboard 6feet high), rattling noisy Airconditioning (depending on rooms) at wee hours when it works harder, no sound proof, poor location from public transportation 15-20mins away, 5mins if you run, drug mafia streets, don't hang out around that area at night. There are better hotels at the same price.
Very good price Clean Not far from the city center.
Dont expect great wiew or some luxury at this price
The hotel was very clean, the staff was very kind and helpful. The room was cleaned every single day(we stayed there for 7 nights). We had free wiFi, fridge, and aircondition that are essential facilities. The area is safe. I haven't seen anyone dangerous as some people say, only some women that didn't disturb us at all. the area is safe. Also, is very close to the city centre and 10 mintutes walk from the metro station of Omonoia. A great choice and a value of money. I strongly recommend it! Also, the pictures of the hotel are not representable of the real picture of the hotel and how the hotel is really like.
Near city center, clean and cheap.
We booked at Aristoteles, and when arrived there in the night, the man from reception told that he has many hotels, and that we are not staying here, but in Delta, which caused us inconveniences given it was 1am. They should have write to us before. Delta was very dirty and with a bad smell.
It is not a big hotel, that's we were looking for. Close to metro. Little shops nearby
The breakfast could be more for tourists, more variation. But we know that Greek people don't have a very varieted breakfast.
only location is convenient & the price
very very small rooms&bathrooms, view from the window is a wall of a house behind, airconditioning was not working properly
cheap for Athens we have stayed a few times just for the odd night whilst waiting for connecting ferries, not the best hotel but value for money in Athens, you cant complain when you have only paid 18 euros for the night.
Is in a slightly seedy area
have locker inside my room
-only rooms with 2 single beds, no double as told by reception -Location is not good, it takes me more than 25 mins to go with luggages -The reception old guy replied with bad attitude, not patient at all
Near omoneya square Great breakfast
Value for money.
Breakfast time finishes quite early. Nearest metro stops is 20min walk. Shady neighborhood, probably not safe at late night. However, there were many policemen patrolling at night.
We were eaten alive by bed bugs which have travelled back with us and have now infested our home.
Location and Staff
Extremely small room with the window looking at the wall
