Exceptionally friendly and helpful personnel. Perfect location for visiting the city (hotel located just next to the old town). Beds were a bit hard, otherwise nothing to complain about.

The personell were really helpful and attentive. The breakfast was decent, and we got some free water and local soda's in the room. Location was great. A few steps, and we were in the streets of old town. A few steps in a different direction, and we were in the main shopping streets. Could have been closer to the beach, but I guess you can't have it all. The beds were really hard, although that seems to be a problem in all of Crete (all of the 5 places I've stayed). There were also quite a lot of noise, either from the street if the balcony door was open, or from the fridge and the air-condition when the door was closed. Over all, the hotel is decent enough to be recommended, but there is probably better choices in a more quiet area.

Staff was so helpful and kind. Room on the top floor with a perfect view on the old city and see. Location is just perfect (200m). Breakfast simple but good. That's a buffet so of course no service! Nothing except for the tiny parking. With a 4wd, it was a misery to get out when parking was full. Not a big deal, there were free places in the small street next to the hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent for visiting the citi of Chania. The hotel was also very clean. I think the rooms need a renovation and the breakfast buffet was poor.

Perfect location; 200 meters away from the old city!! The room was clean! Difficult to find parking due to the central location of the hotel, Parking available with park meters opposite the hotel at approximate cost per day 4 €. Very poor quality of Breakfast, with no service at all!! The hotel is nice for young travelers looking for something clean and economic, nevertheless the price of 63 € per night was expensive for the services provided.

Clean room, good free breakfast, friendly staff. Good experience overall. You have to leave your key in the slot in the room to get electricity. This is a little inconvenient because you can't leave devices (laptop, phone etc.) charging while you are not in the room.

The staff are extremely professional, multilingual and friendly. The buffet breakfast is a bit unimaginative; E.G. no fresh fruit or fresh fruit juice.... On an island which boasts its orange groves.

verey friendly and helpful desk staff - try to accomodate requests. Short walking distance to banks, grocery store, restaurants, etc., without all the noise and crowndedness of staying on the waterfront in Chania.

The staff is very helpful and pleasant. The location is excelent, at the city center, near to Venetian Harbor and Central Market. There is a market at few steps from the hotel, where is possible to buy water, juice, fruits, bread, chocolates, etc. My room was very good: clean, new furniture, air conditioning, cable tv, mini bar. Everything was excellent regarding this hotel. Highly recommended.

It is very close to the bus station of Chania, so very convenient transportation. The rooms facing the back of the building (the ones not facing the street) are very quiet. Breakfast begins early enough for early checking-out. The street in front of the hotel is a little bit noisy (for me) in 11pm of summer. But only the rooms facing the street have this problem.

Early breakfast start, good value.. Hotel kept very clean. Receptionists all have good english. Good taxi and bus service close. Plenty of shopping.eating/tours available nearby. Supermarket nearby. Fridge in the room. Good aircon. Nice clean bathroom. CNN on TV. Work table in room. Plenty of clothes storage. Double glazed sliding window and shutter blind, and good curtains. Kept the noise out! No hot drinks in room, although this is usual in the med. Very limited hot food at breakfast.

Friendly, family-run hotel with a good location and immaculately clean. Our room had a sea view and although it was on busy street, the traffic noise was not a problem. Good seafront restaurants right across the road were very handy.
