The room was very clean, it was cleaned every day, also the bed linen and towels were changed every day.
There was too little dishes, but is needed to ask to the staff. Kitchenware . there was no washing machine, no iron facility as it was in the description, but the owner told us to give them the dirty clothes to wash or the hours of using the iron. Too noisy in the corridor. Internet was slow and it doesn't work in room but only in balcony.
Nice room, very-very clean (they cleaned the room every day, the bed linen and towels were changed every day, pool and surrounding was cleaned every day). Really nice personnel, owners were really friendly and helpful. They even organised barbecue evenings for the guests - it was the owner who did the barbecue. We really loved it and planning to go back there!!! I really advise this hotel to everybody - but the car is needed (they even can rent cars, who may need). They were flexible with our check in and check out as well. So this hotel is the greatest ever! Kypseli beach is small - so better to go to Tsilivi or other nice beaches - but they are not far.
Internet was slow.
Apartments are nice and clean, pool is convenient if you have children. Food in the restaurant was very good. Nice and quiet.
Hard to find, but visiting the island a car is a must. Breakfast expensive for what was on offer.
Big Room with a lot of space Nice swimming pool Friendly staff always there when you need something. Excellent greek cuisine offered for lunch and dinner - BBQ is a must there!!! Quiet environment ideal for night sleep. Very good price.
We liked the size of the hotel. Even at full capacity it would not feel crowded. We liked the pool and the room size, especially for a family with small children. The cleaning of the room was great every day. Good attention to detail.
The food at the hotel was too expensive. Our entire family could eat at a taverna for the same price as one plate for dinner at the hotel. We decided to eat out for most meals instead.
Spacious room, helpfull staff.
Angelo and his family was really nice. Value for money.
Location is not the best but you will need a car to visit the island anyway.
Great staff. Great pool area. Good clean rooms.
Hotel looks well, is well maintained and clean. There is a nice beach 5' away from the hotel and also a couple of good restaurants.
Hotel services are quite bad, mostly family-oriented and not very responsive. Rooms look worse than in the pictures. Customer service is low and generally I had the feeling that I'm being scorned and judged for giving feedback or trying to complain.
