Everything is wonderful except for that the bed is too small.

The bed is too small.

The hotel is located on top of the cliff with wonderful view of the sea, caldera and Oia buidlings-blue roof and white wall like in the fairy tales. The suite we live in has a big balcony with comfortable chairs and soft resting areas. Grandma and grandpa(Probably the owners of the hotel) are kind although they cannot speak English, and the only service boy is very hard working with good attitude to help serve the customers under the hot sun. The hotel also provides us with free Champagne, and covered our bed with love heart made of rose petals. So romantic!

1. The free cruise to the volcano hot springs and Thairasia was not offered to us as in the booking although we asked for a trip to volcano. 2.The receptionist of the hotel did not serve us well: introduce us with more trips that need to pay with no mentioning of our free trip; when she changed the port and time of the cruise trip, not informed us in advance. 3. No electricity twice in the midnight, and one of the wild cats ate our breakfast.

Location, staff, rooms.

The accomodation was very good and romatic, very clean.

Breakfast was fairly good ( bread , cheese, ham, coffee, cake, ...), but for two people it was just 3 slices of bread. It wasn't enough for my husband. We saw another room for the same price as our. So it wasn't worth that price. So accomodations are very different.

We liked mostly everything. The view is very nice, The interior design is very interesting for me because as i see building is right inside of the rock. There are 3 rooms in one-bed apartment and the space is quite enough, but the bed is not big enough for 2 persons and the seeling is too low sometimes (mind your head). Outdoor breakfast with rocky Oia view is also very pleasant.

I dont like taxi service as i've paid 30 euro to get to airport (i think it is cheaper to get taxi on the main road in Oia) and after we left our hotel taxi driver told us that he is going to take 2 people more. So we were not informed that somebody else would be in the car. It is a taxi, not the public bus.

Rooms were great. View was amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect.

This must be one of the most beautiful and romantic settings for a hotel in the Greek islands. The view of the Caldera and Oia was breathtakingly stunning beautiful and awe inspiring. Highly recommended. Friendly staff and very welcoming. Definately intend to return here in the near future. Fantastic place.

lots of steps-- but this is Santorini, so enjoy the views as your walking up them.

We couldn't see the sunset from the hotel itself, which they "almost" say in their advertising. Small pool, with an unclean look about it.

the fantastic view to Oia and the situation of the hotel. everything was ok and we can recommend this hotel to our friends.

1. Wireless service is no-signal in the room 2. Service not 4 stars level but charge 4 stars rate (compare with 4 stars hotel porto mykonos) 3. Don't have private parking space
