Very nice staff and confortable room (fantastic bathroom with idromassage) Since we were travelling with our daughter 1 year old we got a free upgrade to junior suite. Very nice breakfast. The city is in a strategic position for a day visit of to Meteore For dinner try Korally Restaurant (walking distance)

The people were extremely kind and willing to assist There is no parking except from 5-6 free spaces. everywhere else you have to pay 0,70 euro per hour.

Εξαιρετικο , στην καρδια της πολης , με απολυτη καθαριοτητα και ευγενικο προσωπικο , με ωραιο design οπου εξυπηρετει καθε αναγκη του επισκεπτη ,φιλοξενοι ,ανετοι ,σας το συνιστω ανεπιφυλακτα . απολυτως κανενα παραπονο ,απεναντιας πρεπει να τονισω οτι ειναι φιλοξενο και αισθητικα αψογο !!!!!!!!

εξυπηρέτηση, προσωπικό η αίθουσα πρωινού βρίσκεται σε ένα καφέ μπάρ στο οποίο το κάπνισμα επιτρέπεται ελεύθερα.... πολύ αρνητική εικόνα για ξενοδοχείο 4 αστέρων.

ειναι πραγματικά εξαιρετικο , το συνιστω ανεπιφυλακτα ,κάθε φορα που επισκεπτομαι την καρδιτσα το επιλέγω για την συνέπεια τους , την απολυτη καθαριοτητα και την αισθηση οτι εισαι στο σπιτι σου . πολυ πλουσιο πρωινο και πολυ κεντρικό . χρειάστηκα laptop και μου εδωσαν ενα δικο τους για να το χρησιμοποιησω στο δωματιο μου !! και οχι στο lobby . τιποτα αρνητικο , μπραβο συνεχιστε την καλη προσπαθεια σας

είναι ένα πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο, στο κέντρο της πόλης, με δικό του χώρο στάθμευσης και αξιοπρεπή δωμάτια και παροχές. ειδικά η premium suite, όπου εγώ είχα την τύχη να διανυκτερεύσω, πρόσφερε και δυνατότητες σπα/χαλάρωσης. είναι σίγουρα η καλύτερη επιλογή για την πόλη της καρδίτσας.

Το εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό (σε ρωτάνε ακόμα και πότε σε βολεύει να περάσει η υπηρεσία δωματίου) καθώς και η τοποθεσία του δίπλα στην κεντρική πλατεία της πόλης. Τέλος τα είδη μπάνιου (σαμπουάν κλπ.) ήταν πολύ καλής ποιότητας. Τα δωμάτιο ήταν λίγο μικρό και δεδομένου αυτού η τιμή θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερη
